Came in for dinner tonight with a couple of friends and my wife. we had ok service, but my friend’s wife had hair in her meal, so we sent it back to be remade, and we finished our meals before she got a new plate. They did offer her a free piece of pie as compensation. I’ve been to many BBQ restaurants around the country, and though it wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t be back.

This is a great stop for bbq & steak. I got the flat iron steak, and the hubby got ribs and chicken. All was delicious. Plus, they have sweet ice tea. Our waitress was able to keep our drinks filled with a smile, and they were prompt with removing our empty plates. Thanks so much, yall! It was great to get a good meal after a long day of travel.

I wish I would have worn something with an expandable waist instead of pants because I was so full leaving this place. The ribs were just fantastic as well as the baked potato and Texas toast (lots of garlic and crispy). I wanted to try a dessert but I was too full. Loved the fact that they had sweet tea as well. I will definitely go here again while in town. I did feel bad for our waitress since she seemed overwhelmed with tables. I also sat right down on a Saturday night around 1800 even though they were busy, which blew my mind.

Okay Babe, this BBQ is the real deal. No place in Wyoming has BBQ like this since Mitchell’s BBQ closed down in Cheyenne. The potato salad has just the right amount of mayo and mustard, seasoning is on point. Baked beans are saucy and piping hot with tons of meat. Bread is perfectly toasty. And for the meats. OMGosh. All the friggin smoke rings. All the tenderness. The brisket is so tender but doesn’t fall apart, same with the spare ribs. And the pork, omgosh the pork isn’t just a filler like most BBQ joints. This pulled pork stands tall with the brisket and ribs. 10/10 will eat here 100 more times. Not to mention the sweetest server ever. Thank you Bubba’s!!

First time at Bubba’s, tried Bubba’s big combo and it was huge. Brisket was very tasty, loved the corn nuggets for starters, and the buffalo chinken wings were also very good. We were so full, had to take away the desserts. Visited Bubba’s in Jackson, WY and it wasn’t this good at all.

Food was great and our server was great too. The lady that took us to our seats was not so great though. Stood right in front of the booth seat and I had to squeeze to get in to sit down. She didn’t even budge. She treated white customers better than us too. It is a veteran own business and I am active duty military on a PCS move but definitely did not feel welcome. Two stars only because our server was great and the food too. If not for her it would of been one star.

Great BBQ place! The ribs were phenomenal! The brisket was super tender, but needed to use the BBQ sauce. They had a great salad bar. Very reasonable prices! Sheila gave the best service we’ve had in 4 states! Please give this lady a raise!

Stopped here for dinner in Wyoming. Everything was great! The whole experience was perfect. From entrance into the restaurant, engaging conversation with staff, service was great!
