My family and I stopped by after football practice at about 9:05 we didn’t know if they were still open. So I walked in and asked they said yes we can take your order after ordering I found out that it was past their closing time. They still happily made our food and even though it was after hours their food was amazing!!!!. As we were eating another gentleman came in and they still helped him as well. I will definitely be going back with my family. It was the best first impression I’ve had in a very long time.

I love the food and the service is EXCELLENT!!! They give out better portion sizes than Chipotle and their staff is VERY FRIENDLY!!! I was there this past weekend and received some of the BEST SERVICE from their staff!!! Even the one or two newer people I noticed they had in there were doing an AWESOME JOB and were VEEY FRIENDLY!!! This is my new FAVORITE restaurant!!!

Girl pulls her pants up thank uses the same gloves to handle food. Gross!! Food was great, can’t figure out why it cost so much for 2 people. Table were dirty. No clean ones.

I’ve been twice so far. First time they forgot the meat. Wasn’t big deal since it was first day open so cut them a little slack. Ordered a bigger order today and it was still just OK. Nothing spectacular. One person’s burrito was literally dripping and soggy. Could use a few suggestions or guidance on making sure it’s all correct. Not a fan of the deep fried Oreos already having the sauce on them. Put the sauce in a little cup. Small things like that. Also forgot drink and queso for one of my employees

I genuinely have never had so much trouble ordering online at any restaurant the way I do at this specific location. I try to order on doordash, and it’s only worked once, other times it’ll say “temporarily closed.” It’s a Thursday afternoon, not even 3:30pm yet, why does it say closed when you’re open? So I try to order off their website multiple times, and every single time except once, the Eastgate location WILL NOT SHOW UP. It’s as if it doesn’t exist, or is “temporarily closed.” I don’t know if it’s running into issues because it’s still reading as the Zoup that was here before them, I’m not sure. But I called and asked why I couldn’t place an order, and was basically told “well idk how to help you, we are taking orders online.” Plus, the one time I did manage to make the online order work, I went to get my food and it was just a clustered mess. The employees had no idea what the hell was going on, there’s no designated spot for online order pick up, so I have to wait in the actual ordering line (which takes forever because they spend 20 minutes trying to figure out who ordered what), and one of the employees started yelling at the others with customers in front of them. Every customer that was around me was very clearly uncomfortable. Not to mention the prices! Two burrito bowl meals with queso curly fries is over $50 online!!! What?! I can get 2 of the exact same thing for about half the price at Chipotle!! All in all, with as difficult as it is to even put in an order, let alone find it (if you manage to get it working), it’s 100% not worth the struggle or the price. The food is decent, I’ll give ya that. But not worth $50, the stress of putting in an order, and finding my order. Will definitely not try this again.

Straight to the point here: Food =Very Good. Online Ordering thru website= Very Good. Atmosphere when you walk in: Average. Service thru the pickup process: Bad. Pickup area isn’t well marked for online orders and the employees just stare at you

Tried the new location in eastgate. We got two burritos and loaded frys. Our burritos was really good. The frys was amazing. We did get free chips and queso, didn’t get chips but they do have good queso. We asked to get samples of there sauces and they was all good..

A good fusion style, with some unique flavorings and combinations for food. I really enjoy the serrano pepper mixed with crispy chicken in a burrito, plus you can toss on some curly fries. I refreshing mix-up to tex-mex meets lighter foods.
