I got the Chicken Taco Salad with Grilled Veggies. It was very good. Go for the Hot Salsa it’s very tasty and not that spicy. Ingredients tasted fresh. I was a little disappointed by the shell/bowl they serve it in. I wanted it to be crispy and break apart into chips but it was kinda rubbery?? I’d still go back. I’d just try something else or not get the shell/bowl. The workers there were very nice and responsive. Lovely little lunch spot.

This place used to be good but over the years it’s getting worse. The front staff doesn’t pay attention or have any work ethic. I ordered double shrimp, 1st off they hand me the tacos without any shrimp in them then i walk b a ck in to be given barely 7-8 pieces of baby shrimp on my $17 tacos. I’m a 30 year old man not a pre teen. How am I supposed to feel full from this small portion. I tell them a lil cheese & he throws handfuls on & than when I say something about the lack of shrimp the kid says “it’s just spread out”. I go to multiple different bubbakoos locations I know the portion size. On top of it thisbisnt the 1st horrible experience I’ve had here. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

Knock off Chipotle… didn’t like it very much. Place was kinda dirty with 5 employees standing there and not many customers, someone should be cleaning up. Also noticed an employee putting her own cup that she drinks out of up to the fountain machine. I thought that was kinda gross. The employees were nice but the food was a miss!

Came in close to closing all the food was out and door was open. sign was on . Was not greeted w a hello just said oh we’re closed w a confused face by the two girls . I would get it if everything was packed up and sign was off . I love coming to this location but two young kids were working at night so I understand . This scenario happened once before but a different nice lady actually served me food and was very understanding.

I get a burrito bowl frequently from multiple locations. It was my first time having one from this location-and my last. I ordered guacamole on my bowl and it was not fresh at all. There was huge chunks and you could see the color was changing. Definitely not satisfying to eat. Tasted sour and felt so soggy and loose.

Don’t order the wings ! Hardest boneless wings I ever had in my life . Burnt to a crisp . Felt like eating charcoaled rocks . Wing Wednesday on the app might be for the day old leftovers. I’ve been eating bubs for 5 years and never had problems with the tacos, chiwawa , quesadilla etc. I was a platinum member until they updated the apps . Wanted to get something soft after dental work . Apparently it was the complete opposite.
