What a wonderful experience. Thank you for hosting brunch for the boy scouts, pack 460 and south Florida Council. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and everything was really clean and professional. We loved your chef and his speech on how boy scouts impacted his life! That was truley beautiful and impactful even my 15 year old son mentioned it when we left. All the employees welcomed us with positive attitudes and smiles. Loved the place for all the movie stuff. Fast seating at lunch. Food was ok but took 45 min to get it and wasn’t even that busy. And during that wait time didn’t get asked if we wanted refills.

Horrible service. Our Food was cold, bland, undercooked, and overcooked at the same time lol….nonetheless some was Still half frozen. Universal Studios location has a much better operation than this location. We came here thinking it would have the same level service and quality, turned out the polar opposite.

Have been to several locations around the country and so far and I would have to say it has one amazing view with the ocean and beach so close. The staff was amazing and I would like to thank Vince for being an excellent server. Definitely a great location with fantastic staff and of course the food is always excellent. We were seated and then nothing. Finally, a waitress came by and asked us if we had been waited on, and we said no. She said that she would be right back. She said that we had not been assigned and that she took us and what would we like…. We got the ahi grill and the captain fry. Both were amazing.
