I really enjoyed the Forest Gump experience as far as the venue so that was very cool while visiting Miami. Place was clean not too crowded and no wait!!! Our server was very nice and explained to us very well on how some dishes were tied to the movie. I had the shrimp (under seasoned) and onion rings (tasted ok) I also tried the different sauces and to be honest I didn’t taste much flavor either. I guess I was looking for more shrimp options after all it’s called the “Shrimp Co.”!

Always wanted to eat here, finally tried it yesterday and I wasn’t impressed with the food, the service was too notch, the waitress was attentive and helpful. The only plate I enjoyed was the Clam chowder, the rest was just bland, nothing exciting about it, specially the seafood hush puppies, it tasted just like flour and corn meal, not seafood. Not a place for me.

Service was good. Food was good, really fresh strawberry salad with chicken. My bang bang shrimp with coleslaw was tasty! Even though I don’t get the whole Forrest Gump thing it’s still a fun and lively place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Forgot to take pictures of our meals!!!

My first visit to Bubba Gump’s and it won’t be my last. The fish was delicious and my SO’s coconut shrimp was good (first time I’d tried coconut shrimp). Love the photos of film stills and all the touches, felt like the cast were gonna walk in at any time. Regretfully, I forgot to go through the merchandise shop, but there is always next time!

Everytime I’m in Miami I have to come here. It’s amazing how they have so many things from the movie in this store , they have a gift shop. The food is always good , they have a lot of seafood options! We sat outside it was nice they had fans all over so it wasn’t to hot. Everyone say to try this place when your in Miami

I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t what I experienced. Maybe I should’ve ordered something different. I got the seafood feast which was basically 2 medium-sized fish sticks and fried shrimp with fries and hush puppies. Being from the south (NC), I’ve come to realize others process fish a bit differently to the point where it can not be recognized as a fish. Tasted (and looked) like a pepped up Gordon’s frozen meal. The fish was crispy on the outside, a little wet on the inside. The corn-muffins were bland, but tasted ok once dipped in the sauce (Idk what the sauce was called). Another in our group ordered the salmon, and she said that was good. Also had a drink called the Lava.. it was pretty good, needed a wider straw as the drink was kind of thick, but it was tasty!

This place was great! Our waitress, Desha, was awesome ! She really made us feel welcome and was super efficient ! She quizzed us on Forrest Gump trivia which made us want to re-watch the movie!!
