A friend suggested this place and we decided to try it on a Saturday morning and I’m so happy! The peanut butter and banana waffles were out of this world. There were so many to choose from so next time, I’ll add another one to my tummy!

Made a special trip from about an hour away because I saw this place on Facebook. Awesome concept on the waffles. For my main dish I had smothered wiscuits which are biscuits just shaped like waffles. The gravy was fantastic and topped it off perfectly. The waffles were all extremely unique and delightful. My server recommended the s’mores and that was probably my girlfriend and my favorite. The strawberry cheesecake tasted so fresh but I wish it had more cheesecake with the strawberry. Busted cinnamon snail and B’s nutter cup were great as well but not to the level of the others. I would love to give them all a try. I am giving this place 5 stars not only because the food was good and service was helpful but because the uniqueness this place offers. Such a fun place and will definitely send people their way.

Definitely worth driving a little while to get to B’s Waffle Cakes! Belgian waffles become delicious decadent desserts and entrees. Our server was knowledgeable about every item on the menu and the owner came to our table multiple times and described ingredients and prep for multiple items we had questions about. Took my daughter and her boyfriend there. They loved it and are wondering if there is such a place in Austin. I think they will just have to come home when they want B’s Waffle Cakes. They got to try 2 new ones that they say are wonderful. There is something for everyone there.

Good spot in Ripley TN especially for a delicious burger. Did try a plain waffle while we were there(since it’s what it’s named after) and wasn’t as impressed with it. I’m sure if you load it down with toppings , but the plain batter is just ok.

Went there today and had a horrible experience. The first time my wife and I went it was actually pretty good. They have very good smash burgers. The second time we went, we ordered the smash plate which comes with a wiscuit with sausage or bacon and scrambled eggs all over the top smothered in white gravy. If you add two dollars, you can get both sausage and bacon. First off, we pay that extra two dollars and there is hardly any meat. And the sausage was old and probably sitting in the warmer for a while. It had no taste, and it was completely dry, almost unedible. My wife didn’t hardly eat any of hers. The owner was in the back too busy talking. I looked at it as food cost was more important than customer satisfaction. Instead of cooking fresh sausage they gave a customer Some that’s been sitting all day. So instead they lost a customer.
