I came in a few days ago to order take out. I wanted to get a different kind of pizza besides Marinos since that’s all I’ve had in Spring Arbor. I open the pizza box and the whole pizza was almost orange from the grease. There was a pool in the middle of the pizza from the grease thus making it soggy. I went back to get a refund for the pizza. I was honestly baffled by the fact he had asked me what was wrong with the pizza. We told him to literally lift up the pizza and the whole middle fell apart. Then continued to give us attitude during the whole refund process. That’s not how you get someone to come back.

Food is extremely over priced for what you get. The “cheesy garlic bread” is essentially Texas Toast with a small amount of cheese sprinkled on it. While there was an acceptible amount of toppings on the pizza, the crust was so thin that it almost wasnt there yet the middle was undercooked and the crust was overcooked and unchewable. Heavy on the grease and light on the cheese. The atmosphere of the building gives off “frat boy dinning room meets parents basement” vibes. Dirty(very dirty) lawn chairs right when you walk in next to an old dinning room table with papers/stuff scattered on it, room is full of random clutter – including degrading restaurant chairs right next to the kitchen – damaged walls, dirty floors and the weird smell were enough for me to not want to eat food made there. I understand if there wont be seating/waiting area thats open to customers, but it feels like the restaurant is being used as a storage shed. Theres a partial (open at the top) wall between most of this clutter/dirtyness and where the food seems to be made but i cannot see further than the torn up chairs at the kitchen ‘entrance’. Then to see the lack of food I received for $57(not including the cash tip) two medium THIN crust (didnt order it thin) and “cheesy garlic toast”… I’ve seen much better quality, with more reasonable prices, at MUCH cleaner places… I dont plan to be back any time soon. I wanted to see if there was some variety to Marinos for a change and had heard good things about B’s but this CANT be it…

Very small “Mom and Pop shop” pizza place, but the do sell other stuff. Delivery is FAST. But I live IN Spring Arbor. The Specialty Meat pizza is the absolute very best! GREAT Pizza …unless you just get a cheese pizza, with like one or two toppings. Then it’s just ok pizza. This place costs at least twice as much as most places in the Jackson area. Prices easily compare with Jets Pizza in Jackson. But when you want a GREAT pizza, not just something quick, try B’s Specialty Pizzas! Or load up the toppings, (5 toppings or so works best). Highly recommended !!!

B’s has the absolute best pizza around. I’ve been ordering from them almost once a month since they opened. In all that time I have only had one issue and when I called they fixed it immediately. Don’t understand the negative reviews. This pizza is amazing!
