Poor customer service and food preparation. I even found a hair in the food. All the food we ordered looked similar to this picture. I drove back returned my order and received a full refund. Steer clear from this place.

I used to have bruchis at the 3rd and nob hill location . Once in a couple years ,since they built the one here on 1st street I been going more frequently. Phenomenal everything . Aswell they have a self serve kiosk to order food as well. Well made drive thru

I really like having lunch here. The only bummer was my sandwich did not have as much mayo as I wanted. And it seems too quiet . I would go again. Overall it was a great experience.

I went there and the door was locked so I went through the drive-thru it was 10 after 8:00 ordered sandwiches for four people, all footlongs. They got every sandwich wrong I paid $52 and didn’t get what I asked for I called them and they wouldn’t answer the phone cuz they were closed apparently or they didn’t want to fix their screw up. They also forgot my fries. I will never go to brucci’s again and I will never recommend anybody to go there again. I will call the manager today and put my complaint in and I will ask for new sandwiches and take back what’s left and if they don’t give it to me I will probably call the Better Business Bureau. S***** food poor service can’t even take an order there’s a reason they get paid minimum wage.

The food and customer service are always top notch! I feel it is the only fast food restaurant that care about food quality and customer service anymore! I do wish they would fill the portion cups containing the salad dressing (they are always just half full) so I don’t have to ask for four of them for a whole salad, especially since the salad never comes in a bag? It won’t stop me from going there and getting great service and the freshest salads!
