Since discovering Bruchi’s, is my mom and I’s first stop for good when landing in GEG (and When leaving out). Their vegetables are always fresh and crisp; and the hot food is hot and cold food is cold,!

Friendly and efficient staff. The chicken cheesesteak sandwich was surprisingly good. One drawback is they have RC and not Coke or Pepsi.

I ordered a pick up order. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the time it said it would be ready, all the staff were outside hanging out. I pull up to the drive thru to pick up order. They didn’t even start working on my order until I got there. 15 minutes later (sitting in the drive through) we finally go our food. Which made us 15 minutes late to our appointment.

Bruchi’s makes amazing sandwiches at nearly any location. They have a great menu with many options of the cheese steak variety. Unfortunately the location in Airway Heights is full of worthless employees. My family pulled up to the drive through (great feature for a Bruchi’s) to order dinner at about 730pm. They are open till 9 at the drive through. The open sign is on. Employees are just hanging out at their cars and the drive through person tells me before I can ask for anything that they can not serve me as they have no product to sell. The open sign is on and they don’t even have soft drinks? They can’t tell me they have a limited menu? I would hope that the owner of this location sees this and replaced the entire crew.

Okay, usually I really like this franchise. However, we stopped in on our way back from a basketball tournament. There were total of three tables occupied in the restaurant and it took over 45 minutes to get our food and when we did it was cold, and our friend who also had ordered did not get his food for another 10 minutes. The kids who were serving us were really nice and I hate to give this bad a review but truly we will not go back.

Service was horrible. Twice in one order I got French fries with frozen pieces in it. That was not delicious to bite into. Have never had that happen before anywhere. My hamburger was the color of charcoal and tasted like it. My bun was cold like it was defrosting. The whole process took 45 minutes for my order and 2 tries at cooked French fries. Oh and the reason I ate inside was because after almost 10 minutes of being ignored at the drive thru with another customer I backed up and parked. Thought the speaker was broken but it was not. The crew was arguing about each other. Will never go back. Was very bizarre and unpleasant.

It took 20 minutes in the drive-through when I was the only car to make two sandwiches and two orders of fries that were both soggy. My soda was lukewarm and tasted watered down the kid in the drive-through had sauce all over his hands and got it all over my drink cups without wiping it off. And on top of that when I got home, both of my sandwiches weren’t even correct . Also no napkins.

The WORST today epic fail at Airwayheights Bruchis. Usually like and enjoy thier food. First took my order wrong then one of the workers wanted to argue there were to other workers trying to accommodate. Had to wait extra time because someone forgot to drop the fries. Got my order to go and well, husband threw half of his sandwhich way (12″) and my salad was made completely wrong . Come on, not brain surgery please try and do better . Will definitely wait awhile before returning.

Took use 25 minutes to get our food. After 2 attempts to get our order right. Then our hot food was just sitting there so it wasn’t warm. Not to talk about how they were talk while there was customer in the store. One employees mom stopped by to have lunch with her and she decided to flip the bird to her mom as a joke but my 5 year old was with me so not okay. I have to give some props to the guy that jumped up when my daughter did spill her drink to get a towel but did not get a mop to mop the floor. Im sorry it wasn’t even busy and still took forever. My husband ordered a 12 in sandwich and it wasn’t even cut. I had to pick off onions off mine even though the chicken Malibu doesn’t have onions. And how do trash cans be out of order?

Fast and friendly service! I went through the drive thru, ordered and had my food within minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the outside of the location was well kept and clean, the location was easy to find and access, and the food was simply delicious.
