Was there for about 20 minutes today. The register went efficiently but no one was preparing food. After I requested a refund I was told that they didn’t know how to refund a credit card charge. Net result, 20 minutes and $17 spent, left hungry

The burgers were done 20 min before the fries because staff wasn’t aware kids meals came with fries and a drink so they only handed me the burgers. I placed an online order becareful I was shopping and didn’t want my groceries sitting in the car while waiting on food and they still say in a hot car on 106degree day while I waited on fries that they rushed so they weren’t 100% cooked. Not happy at all with the service and no apology from them at all.

I went into the Medical Lake Burchi’s a few days ago and there was a few girls working there while I was there. I ordered a few burger meals and a sub. I ordered steak and they gave me a chicken instead. My burgers were still very pink inside Definitely not close to fully cooked on top of that my fries were cold and soggy and they had no fry sauce to give out. Once I realize my food was wrong and the condition of it I brought it back to the store. I spoke with one of the girls there she said her name was Hana I very politely asked for my food to be remade, and she refused to remake any of my food that was incorrect or not fully cooked. She also refused to give me a refund of any kind. After arguing with the young lady I realized it wasn’t going to get me anywhere, so I walked away. I threw my food in the garbage and left, I will never return to that store again after that, kind of disrespect,. I will be looking at it in the future as going to the Medical Lake Burchi’s is a waste of my hard earned money..

The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. The only reason I gave a 4 star on the food is because I make the best Philly Cheese steak. But it was very good. They even let me have double provolone when asked.

Excellent food and clean establishment. Customer service was mediocre and the girl taking my order wasn’t terribly subtle about wanting to do anything but take my order. However, I can’t deny that the chicken bacon cheesesteak was excellent, and both it and the fries were hot and fresh. Would certainly eat here again.

Very disappointed!!!!!! No matter who seems to own this franchise they have a difficult time keeping professionals employed. This has been disheartening, as this is a small staple in this little town. More often then not, I find my food lacking or even incorrect of base creation. Yet, I still come back in hopes of that genuine taste of a restaurant I have loved since a teenager.

Not a good experience tonight. 1)They ran out of bread after cooking the meat for my sandwiches, and I didn’t find out until I arrived to pick up my online order. So I requested cheeseburgers as replacement. 2) They got my order wrong from the start. I ordered a Steak Supreme, a Meat Lovers, and two large fries. One of the sandwiches they cooked was chicken. 3) I ordered 2 large fries and only received one and didn’t find out until I got home.

First customer of the day, the lobby was dirty, garbage on floors and tables. One of the workers grabbed a drink and just three her garbage on the floor. the staff seems to not care about the food they are making for people, I got undercooked fries.

Bruchis started drive through service during Covid. It came in so helpful on nights when I didn’t want to go out in public. THEN… some brainiac decided the drive through should be closed, and I decided I won’t go there! I made one exception today because I’m still dressed decently and I’m starving but I’m not going back unless the drive through reopens.
