It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can’t imagine what could be much better. The Dining Grandpa

We stopped by today on a Sunday, at about 6 o’clock in the evening. The place was starting to get pretty busy, it had a real buzz. This is about the fourth or fifth time at this establishment and service and food has always been excellent. Today we got two appetizers, the triple dip, “our personal favorite” and the onion ring appetizer. The onion rings were ordered simply to take home. For our burgers, we chose, the provincial burger, and the chipotle, honey barbecue. The wife enjoyed the provincial burger, but she thought it had a bit too much cheese. And I really enjoyed the honey, chipotle, barbecue. That second sandwich I have to tell you has a lot going on. It’s crunchy, juicy full of flavor and competing textures, really delicious. This is the first time I’ve had the french fries and man they did not disappoint, nice and crispy!! Nice place you can always expect excellent service and a top notch burger. Booth, split booths, tables and seating at the bar to choose from. Plenty of parking available and about 8 handicap spots right in front.

Its close enough to walk from the Hampton Inn and in the proximity of the Fashion Mall. Anytime a portion of your order is forgotten it dampens the review, but otherwise its neat restaurant with nice playlist and I’d recommend an outing at the BRU!

We went to Bru Burger for the Devour Indy deal! It was a no brainer deal and ALOT of food! Our server Julian was great and their manager Craig went above and beyond the whole night. He was a huge help to all of the servers and the front staff. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back for yummy food and great service!

Really disappointed in this place. I had heard so many good things. I’m not sure if the quality has gone down or it was just a bad day. The burgers were mediocre at best, the meat was not very good when comparing to similar places. They were also extremely soggy. On top of this, the fries were an additional cost, not an included side. For the price, the food is not worth it at all. Service was decent.

I work in the area but I’ve never had the chance to stop for dinner. My son lives close by so we went there. We were seated promptly ordered drinks and gave our order shortly after. It took a little to long to get our food. I had the Cod sandwich with rings, my son got the burger with fries. Our food was cold like it had been sitting too long before we got it. Not a great experience considering how much I spent. I probably will not go back.

I am from the Chicago region and was visiting two friends who live in the area when we decided to have lunch at Bru Bar. We arrived around 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday and were greeted promptly. We were a walk-in for a group of three and were also seated quickly. Our server greeted us, and I could tell he was in a frenzy. (It was busy). However, that did not stop him from being pretty great! My friend had The Beginning Burger, my other colleague had the Impossible burger, and I had the Sriracha Ceasar Salad. My colleague couldn’t stop raving about his burger and was thrilled to see a vegan option. My salad was AMAZING!! I was honestly second-guessing the hot sauce with the Ceasar dressing, but I am so glad I still decided to try it. I also added grilled chicken to my salad and was happy I did. I cleaned my plate and even anticipated purchasing another Sriracha Ceasar salad to go. However, I am disappointed that the nearest Bru Burger is about an hour and a half from NorthWest Indiana. Next time I visit, I will be stopping here for their salad!

This place was absolutely delicious. Had a reservation and we were sat immediately. The server was great. She was quick, responsive, and not afraid to answer questions. Ordered the double bacon and onion rings all of which were just stellar! House made ketchup was the icing on the cake. I would recommend this place to anyone!
