Hostess accommodated our specific table ask, server Grant was great-very personable and fast. Lunch took about an hour, and we were dillydallying. I bet if you were in a hurry you could be in and out in under an hour. Great burger- I couldnt finish it, and my drink was refilled before I ever got close to being empty. Got a box and a togo drink. Really felt like the energy was good in the restaurant. Beautiful womens restroom and great rewards program. There were many things I wanted to try, drinks and food. Ill be back!!

I’ve been wanting to try this place and finally went when my daughter started serving there. The drinks are great and the burgers are awesome. You can get any of the topping themes on the snack burger which is cool because I don’t need a huge burger. The Kick in the Briar blackberry drink is so tasty!

Had a wonderful time. We decided to try something new to celebrate our 1 month of being Married. And it was a great decision. Everything tasted delicious. I think Sarah was our server and she was extremely helpful. My husband has a chocolate allergy and she was great with finding out what didn’t have chocolate in it. And was super helpful explaining how everything worked. And she answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back, with friends or family. YUM!

Absolute pleasure to attend the soft opening tonight! The place is beautiful, roomy, airy. The bar is super nice, quite a few TVs throughout, but not to the point of sports bar feel (however, I do love me some sports bars). There are 2 huge windows that open to the huge outside patio, it was the perfect evening for those to be open. Boujie burgers to die for! The food was AMAZING! It was a limited menu tonight, but the regular menu looks phenomenal. Food descriptions in the pics. Highly recommend this place, please check it out!

Got lunch here with my boyfriend about a week ago, the entire restaurant was empty because it was an odd time and I got half way through my burger and I pulled a hair out of my mouth while I was eating. They took my meal off the check and were apologetic but the hair was definitely cooked into the burger and I don’t know if I’ll be back because in a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness due to the fact I also work in a restaurant.

Yesterday for burger week. Took 40 mins to get drink. Service was horrible. Burger and fries came out dry and cold. Corn salsa with Chilpotle aoli. Complained to the manager. She did her best to make it right… She had the kitchen remake the burger and fries. It was much better but wouldn’t reccomend this particular location due to lacking quality service. Servers kept walking by oblivious to us trying get his/ their attention.

This was our first time at BRU Burger it was amazing! Savannah was our waitress she welcomed us and told us about the menu we took a little time because all the burgers on the menu sounded so good. We were not rushed at all she answered all our questions. We settled on The End Burger, The Bru Burger, and BRU Fries they were delicious!! You will need extra napkins because they were so juicy! Great burgers, drinks and service!! You won’t be disappointed!

Usually much better than tonight. Requested a hamburger medium. Got it burned. It was horrible. We also ordered french fries. They didn’t deliver those. We asked to get them. They never came. We asked again and finally got them. Both service and the product was mediocre tonight.
