We were on a motorcycle trip, and specifically stopped in Joliet just to go to browns. And I must say we were not disappointed! Everything we ordered was perfect and so were the employees. Almost forgot the biscuits were to die for!

Been a long time from my last visit and I was surprised at how low quality they seem to have gotten, I bought a 4pce that was so dry I didn’t even eat the chicken, I took the skin off the best just to show how it was served, the only thing that was good were the fries, they weren’t even salted and no real flavor but were fresh, my days of returning there are done, never again, their commercials say it tastes better,,,, NOT In this case, jewel has better chicken, its a shame ill never return.

My father, grandmother and I went through the drive-thru this evening to pick up some dinner to take back to my grandmother’s house to eat. However, when we took the food back to our house and started eating, my father discovered a piece of PLASTIC was INSIDE his sandwich. Unfortunately, he had already heated it up in the microwave so he had to throw the entire sandwich away, worried that the plastic melted into the food. Never have we experienced this at any other fast food establishment. We are extremely disappointed, as the food had a nice flavor. However, it was way too expensive to justify there being plastic inside a sandwich. I’m giving 2 stars because the order taker was nice and the food was quick, but this was just appalling in my view.

Ordered Browns Chicken for a party on the 17th and want to convey my thanks and appreciation to the staff at the Joliet Browns Chicken store. The food was a super hit!
