I just had, by far, the worst Italian beef sandwich that I have ever had out of possibly hundreds. This particular location says “Brown’s Chicken,” but it is more of a halal place TBH. The guy there microwaved some beef that must have been frozen for weeks or possibly months. No seasoning, no sauce, no peppers. Served on super stale bread.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant . It smelled like Indian food and I had to listen to the worker on her speaker phone chat very loudly and letting it ring to a voicemail 3 times. The bathrooms were both closed. No ice. Cold food. Dirty tables. Ice cold room temperature. We’ll see if I get food poisoning or not. So gross. Browns should be ashamed, other locations are so much better. Do not franchise to people who don’t understand what it takes to run a restaurant.

6/2022 3* Filthy and gross. Tables were all a mess. Men’s washroom is closed and looks like it may be another year or two till they get to it. Tables were just full of food scraps. No place to sit and wait while waiting for your food. Unfortunately, it looked like there was one lady running the register and the kitchen. So that may be it.

Brown’s has been my newest discovery, and since discovering it, I have not been back to KFC nor Popeyes! For fast food chicken, I think its up to par with Church’s Chicken and Jollibee’s Chicken. IYKYK. I regret not trying it sooner!
