Went after work to buy chicken and use my coupon. Well the chicken taste and smelled terrible, so I called them and the next day I took the chicken back and the lady had the nerves to have an attitude with me because your chicken smelled and tasted bad! Just 2 days ago I bought 2 hotdogs and 2 small fries and a drink. I was charged 19$. And when I asked the lady at drive through when is my charge I gave you 20$. She said its 19$. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

I love fried chicken, and I have eaten it in many places. But I have never had my Jaw exercised like that. It felt like the Green beans I order were made from plastic, and the chicken was so hard I felt like I was eating a leather shoe. The service was basic, but too bad it was over shadowed by the lack of understanding of how to fry chicken. It seems they may have left it to fryer too long. So I threw it out and ordered the Italian beef. Come on guys, are you cooking old food? The beef which was dipped (mind you) was as rough as the chicken. I can’t believe I didn’t ask for my money back. I’m just hoping I can digest this by tomorrow. I also ordered the hot dog, the poor dears put a frozen pickle and tomatoes on my “hot” dog. Please, corporate, help!!!. This franchise needs training and help. Love you guys, but you lost a customer. Sorry.

I use to get Brown’s back in the day and it was pretty good. So I thought I’d try it again. This time I wasn’t impressed. The chicken wasn’t hot, pretty much room temperature and you could tell the grease used to prepare the children was old. You could taste the grease just as much as you could taste the chicken. I was hoping to have another chicken place. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

Delish! I miss the gizzard and hearts because we moved. But when we come to Chi we look forward to the treat that used to be so inexpensive. Now this treat is almost $10. What is happening to America, today! And most of the Brown’s we visit don’t even sell the Hearts. Why? They are delish, too. Together, they both make my Heart sing!!!
