Excellent lunch after a morning spent hiking in the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Food was great and service was fast. Great old building overlooking Galeton and Little Pine Creek. We will definitely stop in again.

The food was overpriced, mediocre quality and small portions. No fries or chips with our sandwiches either. The “large” salad was embarrassingly small, about the size of an appetizer salad at a normal restaurant yet it was still $10. We left hungry and disappointed. Much better choices in Wellsboro.

This was our first time there. The Brown Bull is a cozy country chic style place. Staff were friendly and happy to invite us in like friends of the family. Lots of old black and white photos hanging around the place. We’ll be going back there again soon!!

Can I just say…wow! I got a simple ham & cheese sub. Far exceeded expectations. Clearly using quality ingredients, made fresh, great bread, tons of meat. Just all around wonderful. Service was so friendly. Sat on the porch with our to-go order and enjoyed the beautiful mountain views.
