I really like the place and the food can be great. It’s just not cooked well. I have ordered dozens of times, and I’ve gotten very hard rice and grains, other times very dry protein (chicken or fish), other times very bland and hard veggies . Sometimes it’s spot on soft and very well seasoned everything. Maybe it’s the cook or maybe I get food that been sitting there a while, not sure. But I wish they were more consistent with well done food

The staff was quick, attentive, professional and friendly. I paid $20 for a salmon Cesar salad with 3 crispy shrimps. The food was pretty good. I don’t think I’ll try again though.

I recently tried a grilled salmon salad with grains and fresh lightly sautéed vegetables, and I have to say, it was a revelation. The salmon was perfectly cooked – tender and juicy with a smoky, grilled flavor that was out of this world. The bed of mixed greens was fresh and crisp, providing the perfect base for the dish.

Went to the place with my friends. Was really excited about the fish and chips but it tasted burnt probably because of the oil. There was no sauce on the tots. I ordered shrimp tacos which were not warm enough. The shrimp in “shrimp and grits” were really salty.

Visiting Chicago and found this corner joint with beautiful grilled salmon and seared tuna. The powerbox and veggiebox were great addition to our proteins. The buffalo blue tots were amazing. I tried the ginerade and it was so refreshing. The staff was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The Sauce bar provide multiple choices to use for dipping or topping your meals. Stop in for a quick bite to eat.

Very quick and pleasant lunch! Food and wine were generous portions! I had fish and chips, and I am not a french fry person. Their fish, and chips/fries were very good, not greasy. Staff was wonderful, attentive, and funny! For what I consider to be fast food, it was tasty and reasonably priced. Great find!
