I spent my day going to Penns Cave which was a blast. I decided to try out this restaurant which was on the corner. The food wasn’t bad at all and everything tasted good. The steak calzone was lightly buttered and the prices were reasonable. I would come back here if I was ever up in this area.

The food was very good. I had a cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato and mayo, and fries. Fries were excellent. They use pizza dough for the sub and while I prefer a hoagie roll it was tasty.

This was always my favorite go to place for a salad. My salad today was not extremely terrible but not great as it usually is. I received every heart and spine piece of the lettuce they had, don’t feel my salad was worth $17.00. Two pizzas one topping and a two topping was $35.00 on Tuesday, not a deal. I understand prices are up but not to that extreme.

The food was good and the menu has a lot of variety and it’s not only consists of Italian which is good. The only flaws was you can’t change the food to your taste. I mean sometimes you want for example some preferences like mozzarella cheese over provolone but they won’t take your preferences ♀️

The pizza crust was EXTREMELY tough, very hard to bite off and chew. The flavor was ok. The price was way too high for a couple of 2 topping pizzas and cheese sticks, and I don’t think we got the extra cheese on the pizza that we paid for

This was the first time that I have gone out to eat since March. As you may guess, I am rather cautious and this was a rather nerve wracking experience for me. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience that I had here and wanted to share that. They had signs (pictured) that provided clear direction for customers regarding the expectations for masking and social distancing. All employees were always wearing masks. Our server, Brent, was very respectful and helpful. At one point I saw an employee exit the back (from the bathroom I believe) without a mask. After 2 steps, I saw a look of panic cross her face and she ran back to grab a mask. The bathrooms smelled clean and had some touchless features. Our silverware was wrapped in paper. The cheese came in small cups. Over all, I felt very safe and felt that the employees were taking the situation seriously and that the restaurant was taking steps to ensure that the customers were as well.
