I was ordering here for a long time I used to love their food recently within the past month every time I get my food there’s something not right I’ve tried being patient (as I work in a kitchen as well a very face paced kitchen) I know mistakes can happen but when my last three orders in a row come completely messed up things missing the boneless wings I ordered roasted garlic I got plain chicken every single time I ordered plain I order on slice app I’ve also put in the. It’s and called in asking to not forget the butter garlic sauce on my food I still get it with nothing today same thing plus my cold subs completely hot veggies yuck cause too much heat fries and garlic bread completely rock hard cold. Every time I’ve called to address it I’m put on hold for quite sometime once hung up on and then o was told they didn’t know what to do. I won’t be ordering from them ever again. Horrible customer service and just recently horrible food I am thanking god kanes is reopening and of course mancinos but some days I don’t wanna drive for my food!

Was traveling from PA back home to VA… searching for something to eat in town called Newville. Brother’s Pizza came up… in very small town wasn’t sure what to expect. Food was fantastic!!! We had the appetizer sampler and panini’s for meal… so delicious. Hot, fresh, seasoned well. If we ever travel this direction again we will come back!!!
