Atmosphere was rustic and classy. Well decorated.

Now I do love a BBQ place. And I love my southern food but this is just mass produced rubbish. Ribs were tough as old boots, brisket was poor and just tastes like Sunday dinner carvery beef. The fries were just dry. The best bit were the beans and the shrimp, they were good. Overall not impressed and won’t be going again unfortunately.

Food was a total disappointment. The pulled pork was so sour and tasteless. The smoked chicken was terrible. The food tasted like it was in the fridge for a long time and they just warm it up. We order the food, and the appetizer and meal all came out in less than 5 minutes . At first i was ok with that until i tasted the food. The waitress was lovely. She was really nice, i guess that was the only better experience we got. But spending over $200 for dinner and having that type of meal was a huge disappointment. Now i see why it was so empty. I can never eat at this place again on my return visit to Florida. Please understand that i am just giving my honest opinion on the food that i ate. Spending that type of money, you expect nothing less than a good food. It was all terrible . You can judge from the pictures. We had trash it, because we couldn’t eat it when we got back to our hotel. What a waste of our money.

Craving delicious BBQ? Look no further! We had an amazing time at Brother Jimmy’s BBQ in Icon Park, Orlando. The manager, DK, is passionate about the food and it shows! From mouthwatering meats to delectable sides like okra and Brussel sprouts, and don’t forget to try their specialty drink and heavenly banana pudding. Add this gem to your restaurant bucket list!

The food was SO GOOD. The meat was super fresh. The BBQ? Was freaking amazing. Cant wait to go back. We akso got the fried oreos with ice cream and that was really good as well.

First time going to Brother Jimmy’s in Orlando. (I’ve been to the one in NY). I was highly disappointed. The only pros were the Hush Puppies, ribs, and pulled pork. The waitress/bartender had a slight attitude. I think it’s because she was doing both the bar and tables when we got there(but that’s not the fault of the guests). They don’t sell bottled water, (so weird). The lemonade tasted like water with a bit of lemon. The pulled pork buns were soaked in oil. The cornbread had no taste. There were no other guests when we got there, but yet, we weren’t even checked on at all until I asked for the bill. Now I’m not surprised why the restaurant was empty.

Overall kind of a nice little place here in ICON park. BBQ brisket sliders are good, the sauces however, kinda like meh. Nothing spectacular.

For BBQ, this is the place to go. Better than the food and drink is the service. The manager Dionisios Karounos who has been with this establishment for decades will go overboard in making you feel confortable and welcomed. The portions at this restaurant are huge and you will 100% wind up taking that doggie bag home for later enjoyment. I will definitely come back for their famous BBQ.

The service was great! My burger was great and my husband’s meat platter was great. What wasn’t great was the macaroni and cheese. It was bland, hard and didn’t even taste like cheese. We probably got the bottom of the pan batch for the end of the night. Our fries were served cold and like the bottom left corner of the fry bag. My burger is the only thing worth going back for but there are some many better places around to choose from.

I stumbled across Brother Jimmys BBQ while wandering around Icon Park. Our server Cece greeted us with amazing warmth. As far as the food, the brisket is my new favorite by far, the ribs were fall of the bone and the pork was also delicious. You know bbq is amaizng when you dont even want to sauce your proteins because the flavors are great.
