First time at Bros Pizzeria Clearwater. Our friends said it was the best pizza in Pinellas County so we had to check them out. As we drove up, we saw another person we knew at the entrance and he said he’s from Brooklyn and this place was his favorite for NY style pizza. When we got in, they told us that they were out of dough but another location was bringing them more in 30 minutes, no worries. No alcohol there, just fountain drinks and fridge sodas. Not much of an atmosphere, the place is narrow and not much decor, didn’t entice us to sit inside. They were out of eggplant so finally settled on antipasti salad and bread rolls while waiting outside. Salad was okay, they forgot about rolls, then they were little burned. However… pizza was great, very tasty and worth the wait. It was a tiny bit soggy but we think it’s because we asked for veggies on it. Next time we’ll try simple cheese pepperoni. We’ll probably try Largo location as it’s more of a restaurant and bar.

Took almost 2 hours to get delivery and got a cold pizza and half the wings. Couldn’t do anything about it because by the time the delivery guy got to us bros was closed.

Pepperoni pizza and fries were fine. Was looking forward to a white pizza but it has scoops, more than 1, of garlic on each slice and heavy spinach distribution. Ask for light on each and should be fine.

Pizza very close to real New York style. Not sure of the choices but usually a special of 2 slices and drink for 7$ Big slices. Old school vibe. Great Service also.

I’ve been here two times and both times sucked. They do not have ice, seemingly ever. The soda machine tastes off. It’s old syrup or am imbalance off syrup to soda water. Most importantly, do not order a single slice to go. They offer you a hot slice of pizza in a floppy paper bag. Worst transport idea. Greasy wet pizza in a paper bag.. absolutely stupid .

The pizza is very good, and honestly I’d give it 4 stars, but the service is just hit or miss. One of the guys is is incredibly cranky, enough so that I’ll just drive to their other location. Couple that with the new hours (it’s probably staffing issues, but still effects my Lunch patronage), and it’s a three star experience.

As someone who is new to Clearwater, imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to find a great pizza spot right away! I had the margherita pizza and it was fantastic, I also highly recommend ordering delivery through Google, the driver was on time practically to the minute for me and was very friendly. Worth every penny. My only critique/downside was that the pizza wasn’t quite as hot as I’d hoped it would be upon arrival, but the taste made up for it.
