Started with a very good appetizer, pulled pork nachos, and then the BBQ sandwich with sweet potato fries plate I had was one of, if not the best tasting plate of BBQ I’ve ever enjoyed. We will be back soon.

I loved this restaurant. First time in Dexter and was referred here for thin crust pizza. The owner comes out from the kitchen between orders and greets everyone. It makes for a great atmosphere family friendly. I’ll be back in Dexter in a few months and I’ll for sure stop in for a meal. I heard the BBQ is really good too. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place with a great atmosphere and friendly faces to greet you. I have tried many of the items on the menu. I have been very pleased with everything that I have received. They have huge portions at reasonable prices. You will not leave hungry from this place, and there is a variety of items on the menu. No matter your taste, you will find something for every member of the family. Show up their and they welcome you, feed you, and you leave as friends and family!

We ate here last week and was very pleased. Potato skins were Fantastic and the pork steak was huge, tender and delicious!! Friendly staff, very clean and rustic inside. Owners were very pleasant as well. Highly recommended! Heading to Dexter now, wished they were open!!

Our food was delicious! Came in about an hour before close and got our food quickly. All the meat was fall off the bone tender and so good! Prices were really good for the food too, definitely will be back

Don’t waste your money. It’s bad man. The food is awful. The pizza has no flavor and a weird cheese. Worst pizza I’ve ever had honestly. Id just as soon eat a frozen pizza made in the microwave. Don’t get me started on the French fries. How do you mess up French fries? Extremely soggy like they aren’t cooked. I ain’t ever met a French fry I didn’t like until today. Go eat at another restaurant in Dexter trust me. First review I’ve ever left on google because it’s that bad

Very poor experience. Starting off with our drinks, one of us ordered a sweet tea. They were given unsweet tea, but we told the waitress and it was fixed. All good. Then for refills, she got unsweet tea again.

I thought after giving it a few weeks to get the kinks ironed out, it would be safe to try. Wrong. Had been eager to try the catfish as it seems like no establishment in Dexter knows how to properly cook catfish anymore….it was decent and the pieces were large, but could have used a tad lighter amount of coating. As for the rest…a big negative. The hush puppies were dry and tasteless, the “fried biscuit” was a tough, deep fried portion of a canned biscuit, the baked beans were more juice than beans, and the onion “rings” were not onion rings at all, but more like onion “strings” or what I would call french fried onions. None of it was very warm, which I suspect was because after arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order, it had to be re-checked by opening up the trays because there were about 4 other orders sitting with mine and none of them were marked with a name or what was inside. Naturally, mine had an incorrect side and I had to stand there and wait again so they could open the tray AGAIN to put the correct side with it. By the time I finally got my order it had been sitting there for an additional 15 mins or so and opened up about 4 more times…I should have just refused the order and asked for fresh trays, but I really didnt feel like waiting anymore on it. It just seemed very unorganized and unprofessional and Im not one to complain much about food establishments, but this was just a big disappointment overall and we probably will not go back.

Food was great we got there right after lunch food isn’t too pricey you get what you pay for as well ribs and all food cooked fresh I got a double cheeseburger and fries took a little longer because they were literally cutting the fries fresh and cooking the burger to order it’s not frozen patties here none of the meat of fish is and veterans get discounts and elderly over 60 get discounts and they have a bar and bar booths it’s a really good place to eat and the owner is hands on and cooks the ribs every one is really friendly if you go there ask about the dentist appointment joke and you will get a laugh
