They served me the worst pizza tonight. It was disgusting and burnt. They did it on purpose because i was upset about being put on hold for 5 minutes while i heard people bickering in the backround. I’ve gotten great pizza here before but tonight this is what i got. I even had the chance to walk out without paying because they thought it was already paid when i walked in. Being honest though i paid anyway and even tipped. Never again. You’ve lost my buisness permanently. So dissapointed. I drove 20 minutes for pizza my kids won’t even eat.

I ordered first time this place and I’ll never order anything from this place again. I told the cashier twice “DO NOT CUT THE PIZZAS” because my son has an allergy” When I was placing an order. I got the pizza and they did cut the pizzas so I called the store and talked the cashier. She just say “ sorry about that and I can’t help you for anything “ .

Ordered a cold turkey sub. On the online menu it says .30cents for EXTRA Lettuce / tomato / mayo and pickles.. One would think if the menu says extra that means it comes on the sandwich. Just paid $12 for a Turkey & Cheese sub with absolutely nothing on it. That’s false advertising and a rip off. Never again

This place is the most amazing place in the area! The food NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, food is always cooked fresh and served hot!! I’ve come here quite a few times and always try something new, I’ve never been disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This is as close as you’re going to get to New York Pizza in New england. As I worked at a dispensary in that area. Brooklyn New York Pizza was the only place I would go to get my food at. The gentleman that owns the Establishment is a very nice older gentleman who knows me by name which is awesome. This guy will treat you with respect and hospitality and once you step inside the store . When you enter it feels like you are actually in New York with all the pies on the right hand side . The slices are basically just like New York they’re not no small dingy New England slices this is this is closest you can get trust me. The cheese is amazing and awesome it really makes me feel like I am back in New York visiting my friends and family. The place is not expensive at all A good meal will probably cost you no more than $15 including a drink and a side. My order was always a small pepperoni with extra cheese that came up to $11. As I no longer work in the area it is hard for me to go over there. But I do crave their Pizza once in a while. I will be there before New Year’s.

Moved to Natick Village recently, first time getting Pizza here and i will probably try the other spots that are closed on Sundays before returning here. Pizza is very dry (The Amsterdam), everything was overcooked, lots of burnt crust, etc.
