Very good food. The burgers have a smokey taste and the chicken is good as well. Good customer service too. Also, really fair prices. Cheaper than fast food and significantly better than any fast food restaurant in this area.

Food is good. Buying options are bad. You can’t call it in without giving a random person your credit card number over the phone. If u order online the food is 30% more than menu price. Best option is to order in person and wait twenty minutes. If u don’t have the time to wait, don’t eat here.

I’ve been to the Broadway Grill twice and the food is decent. I’ve gotten gyros each time and I have asked to have them made a specific way and each time it has been made wrong. I check my receipt and sure enough the changes were listed but not done. Which may not seem like a big deal, but if I’m paying for something I believe I should get what I asked for. The best thing about this place is the lady at the counter who is very friendly and pleasant. Won’t get another chance to mess up my order.

Don’t waste your money here you are better off going to St. Louis Fish and Chicken for better service the cashier continued to ring up an order after we told him to take it off and when we asked him to refund it the other worker said “no he already dropped it” (chicken) it was literally 2 seconds after. I will never come here again. And making sure no one I know comes here either. 6/3/23

DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. WHEN I WAS IN THERE AND I HAD ALREADY ORDERED AND WAS ABOUT TO GET MY FOOD WHEN A YOUNG LADY CAME IN WITH A PLATE OF CHICKEN WINGS SHE HAD ORDER FROM THE DAY BEFORE. THEY CHICKEN WINGS WERE FRIED SPOILED. SHE WAS TRYING TO GET A REFUND OR SOMETHING DIFFERENT. SHE COULDN’T GET A REFUND AND THEY WOULD’NT GIVE HER ANYTHING DIFFERENT. THEY SAID IT HAD TO BE THE SAME PRODUCT AND WOULDN’T BUDGE. SO LOW AND BEHOLD MY CHICKEN WINGS WERE SPOILED AS WELL AND SEEING HOW THEY HANDLED THE OTHER LADY I JUST CHALKED IT UP AS A LOSS. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE MEAL IS THE FRIES WERE GOOD. THEY REALLY NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVED FOR FRYING AND SELLING SPOILED MEAT!!!!!

The Gyro sandwich was a little greasy. Gyros are suppose to be dry cooked meat on a soft pita bread with tomatoes onions cheese (not melted) and sauce lettuce optional. Nachos were good! Overall pretty decent!
