I just got a cheeseburger and fries because that’s what everyone recommends for your first time. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly however, it was medium sized patty or even considered small. The rest of the toppings were fresh. The fries were piping hot and refreshingly not salted beyond recognition but you have the option to salt to your liking at the table.

We were in town for a tournament on a late Saturday afternoon. We looked for open restaurants that were not restaurant chains. Hannibal rolls up earlier than I thought. Broadway BNG was one the closest to us. As quickly as we entered the grill, we almost turned around and left. It’s pretty much a “hole in the wall” that isn’t charming. The server was nice. The food prices were insane. First, NO REFILLS ON DRINKS. If you order a soda ($1.50), they bring out a canned soda and cup of ice. We weren’t told that when we ordered. We accepted them anyway. Our total bill was $67.00 plus a tip for 4 people. 3 Double cheeseburgers/fries and a grilled chicken with a piece of cheese and 3 small pieces of bacon. The burgers were ok and the chicken portion was small. All this to say, if we were going to spend that much money (and yes, restaurant prices have skyrocketed), we should have picked at least a nicer restaurant.

Hands down the WORST bar I have ever been to. The server I had that night was a very rude and hateful person and I do not recommend going on any occasion whether it is a first birthday, downtime, or just to relax. The kicker of it, the drink I had was not even mixed right and the server pretty much charged me for the wrong drink so I paid pretty much extra for the wrong drink. Very bad service and at the end of the day I was left with a sour taste in my mouth, and a very bad experience. 1/10 do not recommend. NEVER go here. End of story. Also I did not leave a tip, that is the first time I ever not left a tip.

Cheese balls are highly recommended! The rest of our meals were under whelming for having the best burgers in town.

This evening was the first time that I’d ever been to Broadway Bar and Grill. That atmosphere was decent. The food and service mediocre at best. What is compelling me to write this review is what has transpired during the cash out process. I’m assuming who would be the owner came up to the young woman bartending and proceeded to berate her for a couple of different infractions and then told her that she was being “let go”. He also stated that they are tired of losing a lot of money because of her.

We came in, and didn’t see the waitress for the first 15 minutes. She finally comes back and asks if our order was taken, so we say no. I ask how many wings come for $9.50 and she informed me we only get 5 wings (which is insane, especially considering you have to pay for the fries separately). We decide to go with burgers and fries, and I must say the food was VERY mediocre. The best thing about the meal was the fried pickles, and I told my partner we should have just ordered appetizers. Here it is over 20 minutes after we get done eating, and I still haven’t seen the waitress. Definitely not somewhere I would come back to or recommend, which is really sad because it definitely has potential!

Nice little bar and grill. Juke box, sports on the TV, and classic bar food. Burgers are okay, but the catfish is excellent. Plenty of beers to choose from, but only 2 wine selections. Overall decent service and food.
