July 15,2023 amending my original 5 star review. I’ve we have been on several occasions and 3 x in the last month of July. I canning say I am pleased with the new menu, restroom cleanliness, or mainly the food quality. Unfortunately I did not grab a picture from my last experience yesterday.

Service was great. Stephanie, the bartender was beyond exceptional. Garret, the GM was nice, too. I got the hummus trio app & the pepperoni pizza. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend! The only thing that wasn’t great, was the ONLINE menu, which has nothing to do with the local store. They don’t handle that. Here are the pics of this locations menu…

The waitress was great. The problem came when we noticed that people who came in after us were being served an entire meal and we had not even been served appetizers. One of our appetizers was a simple ceaser salad. When we questioned the waitress she admitted that she didn’t understand why it happened. A few minutes later we received the appetizers. Which couldn’t be determined which flavors as we ordered four different flavors. It was another 10 minutes or so before we got the pizza and believe it or not that lettuce (salad) was the very last thing we received.

I have been coming here for the past 6-7 years, with family and friends, so it pains me to leave this review. We have never had such sub par service. It was not busy. Our server Bella G did not know the specials properly and kept going back and forth with incorrect information. We had to ask another server to put in our appetizer order because she forgot. Had to ask for water and cheese twice. Had to stop her after we asked for the bill to tell her that it was going to be 2 separate checks. The tip we left reflected the service. It’s a shame because we love coming here but probably won’t if it’s going be like this. Please train your servers better or monitor them better.

Last night I went to Brixx and ordered a Brixx salad side appetizer and a bbq chicken pizza – it took 45 minutes to get my salad appetizer and it was the wrong salad (they brought an arugula pear salad), by the time the waiter came back around he was bringing my pizza. I told him it was the wrong salad so took it and I didn’t want another one since my pizza had arrived. He took off the salad since I didn’t want another one. My pizza had a soggy bottom but I didn’t want to bother the waiter anymore. I haven’t been here in a while and was excited about going with new menu updates. I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend going unless you are in no rush and aren’t hungry.

The food was really good and I totally recommend! BUT, one of the waitresses took my plate WHILE I was eating, like: WHAT?? So I continued eating without a plate. For me that was rude and we would never do that in my country.

Our family has eaten here for years and sadly after the food and lack of customer service we experienced today, we will not be back! We ordered two kids cheese pizza’s which both came out with burnt black crust. So burnt it could not be eaten. We notified our server who offered a replacement. We chose the kids pasta with tomato sauce. Knowing how easy it is to plate a simple dish like that, our kids had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to receive their food. The next issue we experienced was, we also ordered 2 Rustica pizza’s which are supposed to come with prosciutto, however they both were served with salty country ham. When we inquired about this, our server assured us it was prosciutto and that they sliced it fresh daily. Clearly anyone can tell the difference between the two meats. The meat was horrible! After receiving nothing more than “I’m sorry” from our server, we called and asked to speak to the manager. The level of rudness was appalling! He actually told my wife “I don’t have time for this, it’s busy in here right now”! This meal was an absolute waste of money!

The past two visits we had really good food. Tonight was not that way. Daughter ordered the new Mac N Cheese dish and the first one came out half full and burnt. Server noticed when I was looking to see if there was anything she could eat under the burnt top and she offered to have it remade. Second dish came out and it was filled this time but still burnt. Might be the way it is supposed to be made but just seemed off. Also got two different sides of breads so just thought it seemed like kitchen was off. Wings were a little over cooked as well. The 4 pizzas we had were good but also some burnt crust. Ordered the beer of the week and was not charged the special price. Had the server adjust. Bella was very nice about it all. Might have been a off night by all. Usually all is good.
