Great atmosphere and service! Didn’t have to wait for a table and we were checked on by multiple people. The food was good, a solid 4 star. The pizza could have stayed in the oven a couple of more minutes, but definitely not a bad enough issue to complain about. We will definitely be back.

I walked in and waited to order togo food, the server then helped a lady and child that walked in after me, I explained I was waiting to also place a Togo order and the server then couldn’t take the cash the lady had given her to pay for her meal, the manager came over and took the cash. Server then walked away and took yet another order before taking mine. I’m at 36 mins of sitting here waiting…. My pizza was just put in the oven. In the meantime I watched the chef pick chicken off of a pizza that wasn’t supposed to have pizza and then eat the chicken wearing his gloves, then proceeded to work on flattening dough and making more pizza.

The waitress was unfriendly. She seemed bothered by my husband and me. The place was cold in there. There was no heat on at all. My lemonade was very bitter and too sweet. My husband’s sweet tea was good. We mixed our drinks to make half and half. The pasta wasn’t a lot and as you can see it was very greasy. Oil just dripped from the pasta. Some of the penne was cold. The chicken was okay. The pizza was delicious. The chairs have stains on them they need to be cleaned. The floor looked nasty like it hasn’t been mopped or swept in ages. The whole place needs a decent renovation. The meal altogether was 40 dollars and some change. The food is a bit it overpriced for the size of the portions that you get. I’m not going to that place again.

Table was slightly dirty on arrival. Seemed like just a couple servers for the entire restaurant. It made things like refills and getting our food a little slow, but they were doing the best they could with what seemed to be a low-staff night. I’ll go back because it seems they’re actually trying to make the place better; they were just stretched a little thin that night.

Don’t come to this location unless you are starving to death and all wildlife/edible plants have ceased to exist. Also, if you are about to thirst to death then don’t come here either, go find a stream or something. One of my restaurant pet peeves is having a cup in need of a refill. Food was extremely not worth the price. If you look up bland in the dictionary you will find a picture of their wings. Pizza was mediocre and extremely small compared to other Brixx locations. My waiter had the dirties sweat stained hat on that was almost as disgusting as his dirty finger nails. I eat at Brixx once a week, but I will never come back to the Burlington location. Until it gets a total redo on food preparation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.

Im sorry but as an Italian northerner I should have paid attention to “oil base”. What the heck kind of marinara pizza has no red sauce? None of the pizzas had sauce. When we asked for sauce I think it was just tomato puree. It needed seasonings. Especially salt and sugar. Very acidic. More dough than anything else. And the wait staff were arguing with each other. Very nice to customers and helpful otherwise

Stopped in for a business lunch, waitress was pleasant and attentive. Food was below par, went an arugula pear salad back because pears were on the way to rotten, breadsticks came out burnt. Greek pizza was average. Greens were spread out on booth in back, obviously not refrigerated. Bar stools were on top of bar as they evidently did not have the bar staffed Definitely not worth the price paid. Skip it and find somewhere else.

I called at 6:00 to place a take out order. The girl put me on hold. After waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, I hung up and tried again. I proceeded to try for 20 minutes and the line was busy. I figured they may just be busy which is understandable. I went to the Brixx and placed my order there. I told the girl that took my order that the phone wasn’t working. She laughed and said yeah. So they cut the phones off? Ok I would understand if they were busy but I counted 7 workers that I could see, and a total of 4 tables (not large parties). Once I get home and check my order, I paid extra for bacon on my pepperoni pizza. There is no bacon. I also got a Greek pizza with cauliflower crust. My crust is burnt and they did not put balsamic glaze on my pizza.

I was out shopping with my teenage niece and I stopped in today to get me a soda due to be a million degrees out today. David greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was so pleasant and made me feel like a viable customer even though I was just getting a soda. David made my whole day just by simply nice.

The wings were really good as always but tonight they really messed up. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and got a BBQ chicken pizza. When we finally got our pizza but it was extremely greasy and there was a chicken bone in it (I guess to take the place of the lack of chicken)….see picture. I’m not sure who the new owner is but you really need some adult supervision/management here because the teenager/twenty something’s lack the initiative to actually do their job. You had 2 teenagers running the bar & restaurant and the girl would only run food to her tables even though she was just standing there doing nothing. Also please get your tap beer lines fixed. Every single beer that people ordered was all foam because your lines run outside and gets warm. You are wasting beer and money. Again, you need adult management to run this place.
