This is my favorite restaurant In Ellensburg. The pizza is delicious and always consistent! I absolutely LOVE their salads, and the dessert is worth the trip by itself! You don’t want to miss this place. The staff is friendly, there’s beautiful art on the walls, and the ambiance is top notch. It’s a must when we are coming through, or staying in Ellensburg.

Brix is a wonderful place to grab a glass of wine or a bite to eat. Pizzas, salads, paninis, etc; vegan and keto options available. Beautiful decor and comfy seating makes for a nice place to let your day go, or have a celebration or friendly gathering. Their dessert menu is out of this world and definitely something to consider sharing – or not, no judgement.

This place was great we took the family out for the wife’s birthday. The staff hands down the best. The food my family loved it. They had keto meals for me. The atmosphere, there was a local enjoying his drink and the company of the staff. Couples out on there dates. And friends just having a great time. If you want to experience a nice part of ellensburg check them out. Even the inside of the building is just something to enjoy and take in.
