The food was great and the service was awesome because all I had to do was order food on my phone along with my other friends and our food was brought to us. No waiting for servers to come around and get our food order and then waiting again to get our drink order or whatever. This place is awesome!

The service was extremely slow. We ordered our food at 1:25pm but we didn’t get it until 2:30. The food that we ordered some came cold and others came Burnt.I had ordered a breakfast pizza and requested that the egg be fried hard but it came in over easy. When it was taken back to the kitchen, it returned to me with the egg slightly harder than before and the pizza burnt.

Avoid this place at all costs. The service was beyond slow and the place wasn’t even busy. Empanadas had no flavor, nachos had mold and the beer was watered down. Bathrooms were NASTY and should have been our clue to leave.

11-9-2019 Absolute worst service of all of the nyack restaurants. A place that should be amazing, is hampered severely by a lack of quality ownership which percolates down throughout the staff. They are all underqualified for the jobs they are doing. It took the bartender 20 minutes to acknowledge that I was present, then another 15 for her to come back for my order. Then she took my order and I waited 45 minutes for my food to finally come, I had ordered to go, so I paid and left, when I got home and opened what was supposed to be a margherita pizza I got a crust.with cheese and a drizzle of sauce, all in the same spot, nothing else. Tastes as terrible as it looks. It’s sad that they have had the same issues for the last 2 years. People need to stop giving them a chance. Whoever owns this business is either absent or uncaring. I will not be back ever and will make sure that I tell every single person I interact with to please go anywhere else. / Literally 45 minutes for this

Went here for lunch, post hike. We were a bit sweaty, so we sat away from other diners. The service was friendly, but slow, and started out with 3 menu items unavailable at that time. We ordered a couple of beers, then burgers. After several minutes, we were informed that one beer was unavailable. Ordered a replacement. After another 5 minutes, we heard the tap “spurt”. A few minutes later the waiter informed me that my beer was “unavailable” also, then brought back the beer menu with 6 or so beers scratched out as unavailable. Ok. After another 5 minute wait, replacement beers came, and shortly after, the burgers.
