I loved them when they were a truck and I love them now. They have what are probably the best tacos and quesadillas ever. The staff is super friendly and the store is clean and despite being on the smaller side has a good atmosphere. The menu is simple but so delicious.

I started visiting Britos when it was a food truck and I’ve been hooked ever since. Every single thing they make is excellent! My favorite is the torta. Their mild and hot sauce really enhance the flavors. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere of the new place is awesome and I can’t wait to dine in. Best of all is the family who runs it provides superior service. They are super thoughtful and courteous and very obviously care about the customer. I absolutely love Britos. Well worth the delay! I will be a weekly customer. ❤️

I work nearby and come here often the food is so good and the service is top notch they truly care about their customers and take pride in the food they make. If you want good mexican food but don’t want to deal with slow service and food that’s been sitting out half the day (chipotle) GO TO BRITOS!!!

Love this family owned Taco Truck. They moved into the little strip across the street. Just spoke with the owner today and he said that the store is getting some final inspections done before opening. He’s hoping to open as early as this week if final inspections pass. Super excited and thrilled for them as well as the food they offer.

This was my first visit since they opened a storefront and ordered the #3 Taco and chips/cheese. All of it was wonderful – the service, food and atmosphere. The place was very busy at 1pm. Definitely recommend to anyone that drives through Ramsey!

Cold day? Need to spice up your white bread Midwest life? Take a few minutes and stop over at the amazing food truck. First time visit, turned to to forever customers. Absolutely delicious!
