The atmosphere at Brickyard Hollow exudes a casual and laid-back vibe, which is exactly what you would expect from a brewpub. The moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed by the cozy and inviting ambiance. The establishment’s attention to creating a comfortable space for patrons to relax and enjoy their food and drinks truly stood out.

My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and the lovely Kayla was our server! I ordered a complicated veggie pizza and the brewery was super accommodating! Reasonable prices and really good pizza!

We have been several times since they opened their Brunswick location, and every meal has been delicious. Service is friendly, and we enjoy their unique menu of options. Definitely recommend one of their specialty pizza’s so far the peach and pulled pork with apples has been our favorite. Appetizers are good as well and they have a nice beer selection too. We will definitely be back in the near future.

I was fond of Wild Oats, and I’ve been eager to see who would assume their old spot in downtown after the B&B store shut down, but I just had a chance to stop in for the first time last night, which was a Friday at around 9PM.

The food (strawberry hot honey chicken) is very creative and the beers are too! (Blueberry Delight) They have really thought outside the box but but but just some items do not belong on pizza. Trestle beer is absolutely delicious, the Irish Red was a close second. I tried the $10 flight, great deal… Our server Tiffany was on point., get in and see her and have a Trestle

Waited 30 minutes after being seated and still didn’t have water. There were 8 waitresses of which 5 were serving the customers outside. Inside was not busy and the waitresses inside were standing around the bar. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

Pizza in Brunswick has been meh lately. That was until last month. We do pizza every Friday night in our house and we can’t get enough of trying all the pizza’s at Brickyard. Their apps are yummy and the pizza is really good. We are making our way through the menu. We haven’t had anything we didn’t like. Give them a try. Really nice people who work there and run the place. I do not think we will be getting pizza from anywhere else from now on.

The most uninspired salad on the cheapest of paper plates. Some kind of balsamic dipping sauce as dressing. I felt ripped off. Pizza dough with no flavor and undercooked to have no texture. Toppings were good. The server needed to be constantly flagged down. We have enjoyed the Yarmouth restaurant, but this one needs some serious improvements. Worst meal of our Maine summer. Sorry Brickyard.

Happy hour is a sham, 4 to 6pm beer and a slice for 7 dollars. Arrived a 4:30 with only cheese pizza left and by 5:15 they upcharged for the beers because they were out of pizza. This is not how you do business. They need to honor their happy hour deal until happy hour is over. Please stick to your other local craft breweries for the beers you like with their food over crafty ways to entice people to buy off the menu unless that’s what you want.

Brunswick needs fun informal places to go out for a simple meal. Brunswick Hollow could be it, except some serious tweaks to the ambience and so on:
