We had breakfast on our way home from ME. From all the reviews, I guess I was expecting more. I had a veggie omelet, and it was good, and my husband had one of the breakfast combo’s. Again, it was good. But I found the place a little dingy. Our waitress was great and did a good job. Just found no real reason I would go back.

Husband and I went a few months ago and I never posted a review. Awesome food and pricing. Came here after my Mom and Grandmother recommended we come and try it out. My Mom and Dad also come here every few months when they decide to go out to eat on the rare occasion. Will be back.

It wasn’t too busy today, there were some vacant seats/booths. Requested a medium well steak tips, unfortunately some of my steak tips came up burned and rare, it shouldn’t be on the plate, I think. Also missing, “How’s everything?” during the meal time, and “Take your time / No rush” from our server when putting the bill on the table. Nice view from my table.

I have never written a bad review in my entire life. Being a waitress/bartender myself I know the difference between a waitress having an off day/being in the weeds(a good attitude will100% always outweigh this issue) , the kitchen running behind)being out of waitress’ hands completely and just blatant incompetence. Like I said being in this industry, I’m understanding of a lot, so if I have a subpar experience somewhere, I usually just forget about it right after I leave and continue w my day. However I’m still bothered by the service my friend and I received on Valentine’s Day around 1130 am. I do not remember her name unfortunately. There were plenty of empty tables and we were instructed to seat ourselves. We sat over in the right back corner where the kitchen opens to. We were seated for a solid 15 min before being greeted. our food did not come out at the same time, at least 7 min apart. I ordered the eggs Benedict( wasn’t spectacular but def the best part of my over all experience, thank god!) and my girl got eggs,bacon, sausage and toast (she was not impressed) then we pushed all our empty dishes to end of table signaling we were ready for check. Another 10 min passed so we assumed we payed at the door. Paid and left.

The wait wasn’t very long. The waitress was very efficient and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. I thought the price was a little high. I had a grilled English muffin with 1 egg and swiss cheese and a cup of coffee and with the tip it was $10.
