Usually I’m pretty excited about getting brickhouse and I would have left my review at 5 stars for every visit. But after ordering a chicken Alfredo and receiving a pound of noodles with a spoonful if sauce and what tastes/smells like a whole can of chicken dumped on top with way too much pepper. I also ordered a shrimp Alfredo that was perfect with white creamy sauce over a serving of noodles. This is not a $20 dish though. Even for if it was delivered. I wouldn’t leave this comment if this was the first time their food tasted a little too packaged for the price. Will return in hopes that it was just a couple of off nights I visited.

We came in for Valentine’s Day and it was a great choice! The food was amazing! I had a sausage Penne with a huge chunk of fresh bread to soak up all the sauce. Phenomenal!

Oof. Not sure what has happened but downhill they go. The first pic is of the chicken penne pesto. Basil cream sauce it was not. It was alfredo with enough dried basil to destroy any delight in the ingredients. Maybe the top of the shaker fell off?

Found this little gem in the small town of Rifle right on their main street. Great local service and one of the best calzones I’ve ever had. Wide selection of drinks and couldn’t be happier with the service. Definitely worth a turn off the highway

Great tasting pizza. Relaxing environment. The pizza tray art hung on the walls is a must see. Very creative. Our server Linda was very welcoming and attentive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I like the outside community billboard outside. There is diffenetly a community vibe here.

After reading the reviews we were expecting something special. Unfortunately we left disappointed. The garlic knots were stretchy undercooked dough. The pizza was cold with soggy limp crust, not the hot crisp with a nice chew you expect from a brick oven. My wife’s seafood pasta was rubbery shrimp and loaded of broken bits of shells.

Had the pesto pasta with chicken which was absolutely delicious. It had some finely cut cucumber and sun dried tomatoes. We also had garlic knots, the best I’ve ever had. They were cool so perfectly and had a doughy interior and steamed with heat; the manors sauce was good. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and offered great suggestions. They were very attentive. It was also very clean. I expected it to be fine, coming from DC, but this pizzeria could easily rival their quality. Don’t know if I’ll ever be back in Rifle Colorado, but would definitely come back.
