For a quaint lil bar, its nice. Heather is amazing. Her service is the best! Her cook Marie is on top of things. Just stopped in for drinks on our yearly Abate Out of Hibernation run. Some got food, however I did not.

Dot was fabulous. The food was great. Menu was nice sized and dot was able to manage the bar and food orders by herself a a timely manner. We went to the in at honey run the first time we came here. And made a special trip from Pittsburgh to see her and the shops.

The prices were fair. The portions were not good. I went to pay for my meal and was told they didn’t accept credit cards. I was directed to the ATM in the back (cause how can you leave to find your bank ATM). I was charged the standard $2.75 fee and my bank charged $2.50. My check total was $9.00, paid $3.00 for tip and charged $5.25 just to get my money to pay. 50% of my bill in fees just to pay. May I suggest a sign or some sort of warning?! I was the only customer in there for an hour and we could’ve had a chat about payment. Not good.

Great classic local bar vibe. Food menu varies, but as a traveler from New Mexico, we went there specifically to try the traditional New Mexican style food on the menu, limited, (tacos, burritos, and enchiladas) and were not disappointed. The cook/owner is originally from New Mexico and prepares dishes just like home. Smothered in red or green chili imported directly from New Mexican Chili harvest season, made by hand into delicious red or green chili sauce and frozen for the year. If you’re from the southwest or a adventurous eater, you must try.
