We enjoyed a really nice dinner on the rooftop of Brick & Ivy. My wife and I both had the salmon and we were impressed. The Mac & Cheese was good as well. Both are highly recommended…

The Queso Mac is different than any Mac&Cheese you’ll get elsewhere – it packs a mild kick, lots of flavor and pairs well with any of the meats on the menu. My husband loves the pretzel bites, the spicy cheese curds, we love the wings (smoked in house) and have never been disappointed by the pizzas. My husband recently tried their signature Brick & Ivy burger with the bourbon sauce and he said he will “never go back to a regular bacon cheddar again”. I prefer their Santa Fe burger, myself. What’s especially nice is that my kids love this menu because they have reliable kid favorites – hot dogs, grilled cheese and yes – Kraft Mac – all for $5/kids meal with side and drink. Can’t beat it when we wanna go out and have to accommodate the kids. The servers are always helpful and you can tell the kitchen cares about quality.

Ordered food from here while visiting Iowa and I was not impressed. I ordered the wings with a side of steamed veggies and Mac n cheese. The wings were very salty. I tried drowning them in the ranch dressing and that didn’t help. The steamed veggies was just broccoli with red and green peppers. The mac n cheese was the box Kraft max n cheese. Disgusting!! I am very surprised that this place has five stars from some of the people who have rated them. I am assuming it must be a great place to get alcoholic beverages.

We went to Brick and Ivy with my family on Father’s Day. Large group. The restaurant was very busy and staff was working very hard. Our server Macy had a lot of tables but continued to be great service. The bartender Lisa was making delicious Ballpark Lemonades and kept us ordering more! For as busy as they were we expected a wait for food and drinks and were very pleased with our experience. We will definitely be back!

We have visited Brick & Ivy a couple of times. Overall, pretty good. Food has been good, staff is friendly, atmosphere is nice, live music (Royce Johns) was great. We really liked the Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms. The Pulled Pork Sandwich & Onion Rings would have been better if it had been hot. As with other reviews, it seemed like it took longer than expected for food to arrive, and was barely warm. This may be due to staffing issues many restaurants are experiencing now. We kinda like this place, so we’ll be back. Hoping for 4 stars next time.

The food here was just ok. We can’t tell if it is because the type of food we ordered or if that is just their typical food quality. The waitress was good but only came back to our table a couple of times. We would like to come back and try the pizza. The table next to us ordered it and looked impressive.

The food was delicious and a wide variety even though there was a smaller menu. Bailey, our waitress was phenomenal. They accommodated a group for our baseball team of 30+

Always friendly staff I’ve dealt with from the servers to the bartenders. Good sized food / drink menu along with them being reasonably priced. Ambiance is always on point with their rooftop bar and patio being the most enjoyable part of the building in my opinion.

I’m from Ireland so the American bar was on my bucket list. Not sure all bars are like this but the car port doors that open up and large televisions through the place is a neat atmosphere. They didn’t have an Irish selection of beer beyond canned Guinness, haha but we didn’t mind because they had a full bar and plenty of options. Not sure when we will be back this way but as far as American bars go, this was definitely an experience we loved. I’ll be dreaming of those mushrooms!
