This place could be awesome, they need a couple of consistent cooks and the rest need to stay away from the oven. Had a party of three, we all ordered separate pizzas. Mine was overdone and the other two were half doughy. Also would be nice to have a few more toppings for the price point. Feel like consistency would change this place for the better but if something doesn’t happen soon then a very nice building in a great location will be available. $9 small five- pepperoni, $10 small half burnt dough and Canadian Bacon/Pineapple and $10 small Theta

Great experience. Given some recent unfavorable reviews my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. Our 14 inch large pizza was indeed large enough to feed two people with pizza left over. The pizza crust was delicious and the flavor was great. Mushrooms were also good. They did provide us disposable silverware and indicated short staffing. Given that they did a great job. We will absolutely return and thanks to our server Maureen for being so attentive.

Brick Brothers gets better every time I go. The mozzarella sticks are amazing. Buffalo Pizza is real good. And I’m a big fan of the white pizza as well. Downtown Bixby. Bixby Downtown River District. Great spot to stop in between ball games at Bentley Park. Ice Cream shop right next door.

Hands down the best pizza place in the Tulsa area. Great pizza. I had never been here before so I got the cheese as that’s the best way to judge a new pizza place. Crispy under carriage and not floppy. The cheese is really good and the sauce is easily the best flavor I’ve had in Tulsa. Underneath is thin and the crust is fluffy and not too doughy. I eat pizza multiple times a week and have eaten at most every pizza place in Tulsa over the 15 years I’ve lived here and this place blows the rest out of the water. The staff is also super friendly. Definitely recommend!

45 minutes to make the pizza. Looked at them and saw that they seemed awfully small. I asked about it and was assured that these are the large 14 inch pizza. Taste was good, but don’t feel like I got what I paid for.

The pizza was good, but doesn’t warrant the price charged. The regular size pizza for $14 (1topping) is the size of a small pizza at most other establishments around town. I would like to see this place succeed and hope they do. I just won’t be going back until they adjust their prices to more adequately represent the output given or vice versa. You can get much better value for your dollar elsewhere.

Wish this place would have better QC. Most of the pizza was edge crust with not much toppings. Service was ok but the length time from ordering to pizza was extremely long. I would think Brick oven pizza take only a few minutes to bake?

We all love pizza so making a pizza establishment stand out can be difficult. But from the handmade just about everything to the tentative staff- they have done it. The picture is all that remained

Loved my pizza! I actually loved the gluten free pizza more than the original which is rare! Both were so amazing and delicious! I went the day they opened and I went last week and the pizza was 20 times better the 2nd time and it was pretty dang good the 1st time! I completely recommend. I will say I was not a fan of the appetizer I had the first time (the garlic knots) but hopefully they improve the recipe because I’m sure they would be a big hit! Just needed more garlic flavor

Ordered fried mozzarella, fried mushrooms and the white pizza. The wait staff was very inattentive, our drinks were almost empty when the first appetizer arrived and refills were not given. The mushrooms arrived a few minutes later and were covered in sugar. Yes, sweet sugar. Disgusting! It was around 10 minutes later when our waitress came back to the table and laughed at the mistake. Our pizza finally arrived well after the nearby tables who ordered well after us. Again, our drinks were never refilled without me walking to the drink station myself and asking if it was “self-service”. As a patron who enjoys supporting small businesses, this was a very disappointing experience.
