Called to order a pizza togo and was told “yeah, at 5 when we open…” Went down to Blue Sage and was beyond impressed. Tons of pizza ready to go and desserts looking amazing! Highly recommended checking out Blue Sage.

The pizza is delicious. Cooks perfectly. The meatballs had us thinking about them for days. We didn’t go inside so can’t say anything about the atmosphere but sitting outside was nice enough and our server was great.

Awesome pizzas & drinks! Great spot for dinner after a long day on the slopes.

Menu price on their online site for pizza was $15. Went to pick up I was charged $24. What a rip off. They said just changed prices but forgot to up date their on line site. But reading other reviews, this is quite common with Brick. Stay away.

Upon picking up my togo order, I was told a 20% gratuity was added automatically. Granted, when I sit down and am served, I tip. But for a togo order and without being informed of it beforehand? I won’t be back. Pizza was pretty good, not worth the $25 I spent.

I think the Food was very good. I have an issue with the 20% Tip for Take out orders. I believe a tip for Take Out Orders is appropriate, however 20% is high when the service is mostly placing the food into plastic containers. This is a restaurant first for me and disappointing.

Food was good3 stars. Our server, ‘BAMA’, was not- negative stars. He was obviously altered by some form of drug use. He walked away in the middle of our friend trying to order her drink. He gave no comment, just walked away. We could barely understand what he was saying half the time. Throughout our dinner he was challenging to say the least. The table behind us had to get up and get their own plates for their pizza from the bar. To the owner, we know it is hard to get employees, but maybe check in on your staff and make sure they are coherent enough to work. Also, maybe a little bit more professional attire, torn up pants doesn’t seem to fit your atmosphere.

Hands down awesome! Excellent food and staff! So glad we skipped the downtown restaurants! Meatballs were the bomb!

Host told us it would be 45-60 mins until we could get a table. No problem. Left our name and waited patiently. Called to check the status of our reservation after 45 min and were told it would be 20 more minutes. No problem again. After 20 minutes we then followed up and were told “the kitchen would be closing early because they are slow” AKA we are not interested in serving you any more. Bummer.
