This place is a trap!!! Don’t go there, there is been a change in ownership and chefs, making the level of quality going from great to junk food. We had the land and see (elk and shrimp), the rib eye with some starters and the food was horrible. The shrimp was overcooked, the elk old and the ribeye was drenched in a horrible sauce. My friend got food poisoning and got sick in the middle of the dinner, and we had to leave. Save yourself, the dinner was 200$ and you would have had a much better meal eating at Texas Roadhouse or McDonald’s. (Compare my picture with the one of other guests, the meals are completely different!) this should NOT be allowed to be call fine dining!

Wow! I dined with a large group at Briarhurst and the service and food could not have been better. Our waiter Colton was absolutely amazing, and always checking in on us at the right times. The chef also came out to meet us which was an honor after eating all his delicious food! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Briarhurst Manor. The fried pecan chicken was so good. All the other food was amazing. Service was fantastic. Will be back again. For $20 extra you can get a 5 course meal. Well worth the money.

Exquisite food made by Chef Ryan and team and unsurpassed service by Isaac. Loved the historical nature of the manor and it will be a go to of ours from now on. We had the bison braised short rib and elk steak. Both amazing with creative accompaniments. I’ll dream of having the bison again.

We had an amazing quiet birthday dinner with my husband at the Manor two weeks ago. Food was delicious, great service and they surprised us with a mini desserts tasting plate and a bday candle to close a very special night! Thank you!

We had an absolutely lovely evening. We all had 5-course meals and were so amazed by the presentation and quality of each meal. Our Hors D’oeuvre was a croquette with bacon, sour cream, cheese and microgreens. The bread spread included huckleberry jam, wildflower butter, and honey chili jam. The salad was gorgeous and almost to pretty to eat. Our intermezzo was a lime gelato that was perfect to clean our palette before our entrée. We had a filet mignon, mushroom ravioli, land and sea (elk and shrimp), duck with an orange ginger glaze, and beef bourguignon. Each dish was beautifully presented and the flavors were masterfully combined. Finally for dessert we had crème brulée, lemon lavender cheesecake, and a chocolate torte. This is the 4th time I’ve been to Briarhurst, and each time they have outdone themselves. Everything from food, service, and setting is astounding.

Chose this restaurant because of the reviews. The service was excellent. However, the food was not to our liking.

Definitely not what we expected. From the start we waited a good while before we met our waiter. After ordering our water and 1 beer. It took about 30 min to even get . We ordered our food (5 course meal) it took about 30 min each time to receive the next entrée. The food wasn’t as good as we expected considering the $$ price. My couscous was over cooked and clumped together, my salad was wilted and didn’t taste washed, for the $80+ plate of Elk & Shrimp you only get 2 shrimp that were over cooked dry & burnt. I wasn’t impressed with the dinner set up. The waiter never provided us with more silverware after clearing our plates for the next entrée

First, the staff here was amazing and I want to give a huge shout out to Greg, Mary Anne, Chris, and Natalia they went above and beyond for our holiday party. The food was amazing, the decorations and table layout was everything myself and Janice discussed and even when I needed changes to be made the staff did it without hesitation. The manor accommodated our children and blocked off a special area upstairs for our members children to be watched by the childcare providers. I have nothing but great things to say about the location, food and staff.
