I was skeptical to say the least trying out this place. We took a chance, since there were no real options around here, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was very clean with a beautiful view! Our waitress who is very sweet and our food was out very quick. My husband had the fish and chips with clam chowder, and I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. All of it was delicious and fresh. We took a piece of coconut pie to go for dessert. It was amazing! A simple little place, but definitely worth stopping. If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend!

Food: I got there right as they were serving a lunch rush, so food took a while to be served, but it is definitely worth the wait! Fries are perfect, burgers are juicy, and serving sizes are generous!

Love this restaurant. I have been stopping here for pie and coffee for twenty years. The view never disappoints.

This place was our favorite place to eat during a very long road trip! We came here each day we stayed at the motel next door and tried both their breakfast and dinner.

Spent a long weekend backpacking the northeast coast of the peninsula. On the way in I saw this restaurant and it was packed for dinner. It looked straight out of my childhood in the 80s and 90s. I filed it away for on the way back down the peninsula. We arrived Sunday just after the brunch rush around 1pm. I could tell they had just had a packed house. The staff was recovering and picking up but still provided good service. Our food was fresh, fast and absolutely delicious. I had the hamburger dip and my girlfriend had the bacon cheeseburger. Both were fantastic. My girlfriend could not stop talking about the bacon cheeseburger. We took home a piece of the Butterfinger cheesecake and oh wow so good. This place is as real as it gets. It’s definitely not “health food” but it is real, good and fresh food that feels like it was cooked with care and love. There is nothing pretentious about this place, just good food and good people. Views were also excellent, watching the water and all the activity was fun.

Beautiful view and great service! Split the chicken fried steak with the husband. The hot chocolate was really good too. Watched the water as we waited for food.

Really great old school diner. If you’ve read my other reviews, you know I have a soft spot for these old ’60s, ’70s vintage places, that are still clean and run well. Great view! Right on the beach of the Strait of Juan De Fuca. If you like straight up. BLTs eggs, toast, bacon etc… This is a wonderful old school diner. Highly recommended.
