From the same team that brought us Ariete in the grove and many other gems – food here is great. Ambiance / build out is classy but also kind of boring (for miami). Servers are nice, but food can be slow – I think this is partly due to quality time and attention to its preparation tho. I definitely think this is one of the best French restaurants in miami right now. Escargot, turbot, and the burger dishes are great. Also had the beef Wellington – good but maybe too much truffle. Parking sucks.

I thought that the food was very good! We tried a large variety of items of the menu. My favorite was the most delicate and delicious was the tuna. I was not a fan of any of the three desserts we ordered. The crepes and rum cake were done table side so great experience but lacking in deliciousness…

First time visiting this restaurant after reading about it in the new Michelin guide. I wish I could join the others saying WOW being swept by this place. There was absolutely nothing wrong. Since I could not go for the dinner we had to do their Sunday brunch menu. It was extremely pleasant from the time we entered and were greeted by the hostess and the manager. Our server was super sweet and attentive, ambiance is very nice too – not much vibe since we were early and only one of a very few tables at the times. My Bicycle thief drinks were delicious, so was the beer. Foie Gras delicious, venison delicious and perfectly cooked, we had also Jambon Beurre sandwich and as desert sweet crepe – all the food was great and prices are quite reasonable too for French restaurant of this caliber. I just felt like there should be something that would wow me like other places I’ve eaten at – I found plating quite bland and not looking much like the one I saw on the pictures online or what I would expect from Michelin suggested restaurant and that maybe my biggest issue causing this first time experience to be bland as well. I guess I do expect a bit more when deciding to spend over $150 for lunch for 2. But then again, it maybe the lunch menu so I’ll definitely give them one more shot for the dinner menu! It is for sure one of the great new restaurants in Miami!!!

Laurel Brasserie is a French restaurant located at Miami World Center that serves traditional dishes. The restaurant has a small happy hour menu that offers more drink specials than food. Although the entrees can be a bit pricey, the food is delicious and worth it. During my visit, I had the opportunity to try their oysters, which were fantastic. If you’re looking for a unique and tasty French dining experience, I would highly recommend Laurel Brasserie.

French place with really good service. I highly recommend eggs with truffle and lobster! Escargots were good, interesting variation, but for me not so much taste. Frog legs, that is unique thing in Miami. You should definitely visit this place!

Think elegance with 0% stuffiness. Another home run from the group behind Ariete, Nave, The Gibson Room and Chug’s. The food is incredibly delicious yet approachable. Laurel strikes an uncanny balance between the highest level of execution but also making you feel comfort, like the best suit you own which also happens to fit just right.

It’s so great to see a restaurant open up in the northern part of downtown Miami. This sister restaurant to Ariete highlights french cuisine and is located near Miami World Center. I had a pleasant experience sitting at the lovely bar area enjoying some of the inventive cocktails. Once I was ready for dinner, we moved over to our table where we were met with a unique house bread, upon ordering. This bread was the perfect temperature, a nice balance of soft and crunchy, and what seemed like a lightly fried flavor that brought it all together.

The restaurant is located in the up and coming Miami World Center. New modern neighborhood in the heart of Miami overlooking 1000 Museum building. The restaurant takes you back to Paris with its cute cozy bar and the open kitchen reminds you of a well choreographed Broadway show. The little details are well appreciated from the sleek water glass to the cool martini glasses to the cutlery no detail is missed. Michelin Star Chef Michael Beltran nails his interpretation of true Nuevo French cuisine with modern twists. The dishes are well composed and balanced the presentation is Michelin worthy and the pops of flavors explode in your mouth. From the bread service with anchovies to the blue fin tuna tartare one of the best to the venison tartare every bite is delicious. The escargot is different, one of a kind and the flavors work perfectly. The turbo was the best I have had perfectly cooked with an amazing crispy skin the plate was art and the flavors one of a kind. Kudos!!
