Ive been coming here since i was very very young. Ive loved it the whole time. The food is generally really good, however the service quality varies. I am a bit concerned about the amount of waiters/waitresses that have come and gone. But other than that, more often than not the waiters/waitresses are friendly and the food is good. Prices are okay, but that aspect is somewhat reasonable because of our current time. I do reccommend this place to any newcomers looking for a good place to eat.

Trying to figure out what is so disappointing…. It’s the food. Their chicken fried steak was not chicken fried. It was like they dredged it in egg and fried it. That’s called French toast. Then covered it in gravy hoping I wouldn’t notice. I ordered, what I was told was banana cream pie…. it turned out to be coconut banana cream. It was gross. Frozen, cheap, whipped artificially flavored cream. I know I shouldn’t expect much, but come on people if that’s how you fry chicken then I know something else that shouldn’t be on your menu.

Read the reviews and wanted to try it. I’m very happy we went because their breakfast and lunch was really good. They definitely are not greedy with their servings. The place was very clean and big and loved the atmosphere. When back two more times. Servers were friendly and sweet. Prices were great and can’t wait to go back to try their Thursday night Fried chicken dinner from 4-10pm.

Branding Iron Cafe at the Bonanza Casino Reno Nevada, we have been coming here for years, today we ordered a Turkey Hof Brau Sandwich, new portion size, 2 small pieces of turkey, for a grown man, that’s frickin ridiculous, it has declined so much, wait staff say you see how much food is thrown away at the end of the night. Our gambling budget has usually been spent at the Bonanza, but, I think we need to find somewhere else, as the general manager runs this restaurant into the ground. Prices go up, portion and quality come WAY DOWN!

I hate admit that I need to give them 4 stars instead of 5. I live going here and I always come here when I am in the mood for turkey. Which is often enough. The turkey and potatoes were great but the stuffing was extremely salty. That is the only negative thing I have ever said about the branding iron Cafe. Never ever again will I go to the cafe at this casino I’m a native of this town and the service that I got when I complained about the food really makes me believe that their managers should have some kind of customer service classes taken. I’ve tried calling upper management nobody responds I asked for general manager so they give me the restaurant manager who just so happened to be the person that I dealt with with my issues that never even offered at that time to do anything about it.
