Have been to the Branding Iron several times now and will go back again. The staff is friendly and engaging and there is a nice selection of menu items and I’ve tried several, all tasty and decent portions. They also have daily drink specials, live music on certain nights, and slots. It’s always been a good time.

This place is really hard to get to they need some signage to direct into this place. The food was very good we had ribs and brisket for dinner. Priced nicely, and the service was very good. They closed out our check and never asked us about the desert. we wanted donuthole sundae oh well next time.

Anyone visiting this place should take the negative reviews on several apps with a grain of salt. We always give a place the chance to impress us and win our loyalty, which is exactly what the BI did.

The egg-rolls are a must have!! Great atmosphere. There is a jukebox, dart boards, arcade, and slot machines. Bathrooms are always clean. They have outdoor patio seating too. Constantly scheduled with cool guest DJs in their pavilion.

Always happening on a Friday/Saturday. Always have a DJ on those days or Karaoke or a live band. Customers are diverse and so is the music. A good time!

Maybe we caught this place on a bad day but we came here for two reasons. Close to the soccer game we’re headed to and Two we seen great reviews on the food. We ordered two drinks a cocktail and beer. Cocktail was standard but beer was served in a dirty glass and out of 16 taps only 3 were available. We got here before a slightly thicker crowd and we were only greeted and ask ready to order within mins. And then asked if we needed a box. No check ins in between. As far as food goes we ordered wings and the chicken pesto sandwich. Wings were same as Cocktail. So just fine. Nothing special. Grilled chicken pesto was so greasy I had to wipe my hands after ever bite. Chicken wasn’t dry but was not seasoned and the pesto goes the same. Not very basil forward as pesto should be. So for anyone looking for “over priced & okay” food this is it.

Frequent this place several times and the service is usually on point, but tonight we were informed that they only had one waitress serving the whole establishment. We stayed and witness how stressed the staff was. We learned that the general manager Barry left regardless of staff shortage. Very disappointed to hear that the GM would leave their staff without any solution and to fend for themselves. Food and service is always great, but they need to reassess their GM situation.

I stayed next door at the Hampton Inn for a few days and tried this restaurant several times. All i can say is, they won’t be open long if they continue providing this poor quality of service and food. Tonight my brisket had plastic or saran wrap in it. The macaroni and cheese was nuked beyond edibility in the microwave. Ironically the food was cold by the time i walked 2 minutes back to the hotel. I look for them to be shut down by Christmas if they continue in this path. Earlier i had a taco salad that was just average. A brisket sandwich but the brioche bun was cold and extremely hard. Brisket with lukewarm and dry. This is a beautiful restaurant but the poor service is going to be the death of this restaurant.

Easter brunch was not too good. The food was cold. Literally. Other customers were also complaining. I had to have my food microwaved. Nothing lit under the food to keep it hot. One woman customer complained so much, it was then that they lit the food and brought new food out.Won’t be doing buffet here again.
