A few weeks ago, my family threw an absolutely BEAUTIFUL baby shower at Braise. The room was perfectly cozy, the decorations were gorgeous, the owners, Michele and Scott, were so incredibly easy to work with, and the food was delicious. We had such a wonderful afternoon. I sincerely recommend Braise for any event; cannot say enough good things!! Weeks later, my family and friends are all still talking about how lovely it was! Thank you Braise!

This is my first review, never felt compelled to write one before today. I couldn’t NOT tell you about this place! The food was absolutely amazing. We shared everything so we could experience as much of this unique menu as we could. Wow! The fig and goat cheese tart with honey was just a superb dish, perfect. Everything else we got was spot on. Jill was our server, she made sure everything was comfortable and to our liking, she definitely added to the experience 🙂 What a great night out on the patio with the awesome folks at Braise…can’t wait to go back!!

Restaurant recommendation. Tonight my husband and I dined at Braise, a farm to table restaurant located at 2960 West Skippack Pike. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was the perfect experience. The restaurant is easily accessible, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, kind, offered great recommendations, and made us feel like family. The food was amazing! The fig and goat cheese salad was a heavenly appetizer. It was a difficult choice for the main course but we couldn’t go wrong. Ultimately, we ordered both desserts so we didn’t have to choose! We had to share, but our taste buds were dancing! Delicious is inadequate. After our meal, we were delighted when the chef came over to share his inspiration and passion—evident in every bite of his culinary creations. We will definitely return, and I hope you will stop by and enjoy a great meal at Braise. It is located on Skippack Pike between Worcester and Skippack. You won’t be disappointed.

Food is excellent! Service, amazing. We loved our dinner here. We got the flank steak and salmon, plus fried green tomatoes and the “bread for the table”. Everything was full of flavor and made impeccably. We can’t wait to go back!

First time here and we enjoyed it. Not sure why the place isn’t packed because it measures up to the best we’ve had in Skippack – creative and different. Watermelon and burrata app was excellent as were the other dishes we ordered – swordfish, salmon and cheddar biscuits. And, a BYOB. We’ll be back

Had a wonderful dinner for 2 – Summer watermelon salad was excellent, Shrimp and Grits and Salmon entrees. Fresh and flavorful. Owner – operators Scott (Chef) and Michelle are wonderful people. BYOB.

My family held an incredibly BEAUTIFUL baby shower at Braise a few weeks ago. The owners, Michele and Scott, were really easy to work with, and the meal was excellent. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our afternoon so much. I cannot express how highly I recommend Braise for any occasion! My relatives and friends are still gushing about how great it was weeks later! I’m grateful, Braise.

We dined with friends who are regulars at the Springtown Inn. We were excited to finally try Braise. It was ok… good but sadly not great. 3 of us ordered flank steak medium rare… we were given medium strip steaks with chimichurri ( which was excellent) . No one told us that they were substituting strip steak. I would have never ordered it as I don’t like strip steak . The appetizers were ok . Our soup was very good. 2 guests had salmon and it was cooked nicely . The pork medallions were well done. One person got the burger ( it was their first night featuring this) and he said it was excellent! The atmosphere needs a little updating . Sadly they will have a hard time competing with the big established restaurants in Skippack as the price point is similar but the good is not on the same level . We will be back for burgers but not any entrees.

This was our first time here and we will be back. Cheddar biscuits and accompanying sauces were delicious. Goat cheese and fig salad and very fresh and tasty. The steak was perfectly cooked and the Demi glacé was delicious. We also had the crust less cheesecake with strawberries and that was delicious too. The strawberries made the dessert in my opinion! My husband had a special which was a seafood dish and he said his food was yummy too. We plan to go back when the weather is warmer with a bottle of wine! Staff and owners were friendly and welcoming.

Very odd place. Decor on the cheap. Back room looks like it was painted by a third grader.
