Ordered the 2 meats 2 sides and a pulled pork sandwich. The brisket was tough- I had to use a knife to cut it, and very fatty- even though I ordered it “lean”. The spicy sausage was good- fried okra was ok- bbq beans were delicious. My daughter said the sandwich was ok as well. I’m not personally a fan of the brisket being cubed- I prefer it sliced thin and long. BBQ sauce is a bit on the sweet side. The young lady working was super friendly.

I found their food truck at Coal Mine & Pierce (next to Liquor Mart). The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were great. Tender and flavorful, with generous portions for the price.

Ordered takeout. Probably the best queso I’ve ever had, but the chips were a little stale. The brisket was a little fatty but I didn’t mind. It had great flavor. The sausage was a little greasy, but had good flavor. I’d like a bit more “crunch” on a sausage link. It was a bit soft. But, it was takeout.

After a tasting (Which was excellent!), I contracted with Brad to cater our Rehearsal Dinner. I was worried about a bunch of things, would he be on time, would the food be hot, would the food taste good, and all of the other usual concerns. No need to worry, about anything, it was absolutely exceptional in every way. He was right on time, came prepared with everything we needed, the food was as we ordered and absolutely fantastic, he cleaned up after himself (And us!), and was professional and courteous with my guests throughout. I could not have been more impressed. We did the Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, sausage, chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. It was all fabulous.

Visiting from Central Texas – Against my better judgement, I decided to try BBQ in Colorado. Ordered a burger, pulled pork and chopped sammich. The burger was overcooked, The app will not allow customizing of anything so I walked in to ask for medium, but nobody ever came to the front(rang the bell 3x, waited 5 minutes) The pulled pork was not “Pulled” but rather chopped up, Pulled Pork should be shredded and covered in sauce. I got some of the spicy sauce, which I am certain was just KC Masterpiece.. Texas BBQ Sauce does not have the consistency of Honey. The fries and okra were great though. Brad – If you’re reading this.. Please take a trip to Texas and eat at every BBQ joint you can, or watch Aaron Franklin’s Master Class

Always a solid bbq experience. The chicken and pulled pork is always good along with the sides. They are all great. I typically get the spicy bbq sauce which is one of my favorite sauces.

Will never go back!!!! Costumer service was terrible and the cost for what little “FOOD” I got was “WAY” over priced. 1/2 lb. food came out in these little cups, Brisket was chopped up, four little pieces of sausage and the chicken was dry. Potato salad and beans where all right, but after S75.00 plus tip I feel this place is a rip off!!!!

Meh. I ordered the St. Louis ribs with fries. The fries were good. The meat did not fall off the bone whatsoever with the ribs. Sadly, I ended up throwing 4 out of 6 ribs away as I lost my appetite. The sauce tasted generic and store-bought too.
