The “Braddock’s Tavern” is located in a beautiful historical building. It’s a two-story building, and they serve both floors. When it’s warm, they offer seats outside. They also have seats on the balcony on the second floor.

We’ve been here several times and always had a positive experience. My husband and I went on a date night tonight and it surpassed every good experience we had with every. single. bite. We shared 4 dishes: Cesar salad, fried calamari, lobster roll (special) and ricotta cheese cake. Each bite was out of this world, we moaned through the whole meal. I had the espresso martini flight and he had a bourbon cocktail. Just wow.

They say the Guinness tastes better in Ireland? B.S… Braddock’s Tavern has the best Guinness in the greater Philadelphia area. Better than Ireland. They clean the lines constantly and have the nitro injection ratio down to a science. Food is amazing too! 5 stars!

ASCENSION TRANSPORT
Easter brunch was a complete and utter wash out, food terrible, service slow, the menu didn’t make any sense. Are crepes suppose to be served cold?? Umm can’t even explain. Had to get out of there ASAP. Thanks but no thanks.

Stopped in for happy hour and a quick bite on the bar side of Braddocks. Place was crowded for happy hour. So we knew quick was not going to happen. Good drink selection, ok beer selection, and good bar food. Servers kept up as best they could with the crowd. Great vibe and fun time.

Food was great. Burgers and fries are delicious. But this was a heavy lunch , at the prices they could have gave me a pickle spear or some slaw to balance out all the fat. Service was nice but the guy really tried to push drinks on us, and then rushed us out. Literally cleaned our table while we were still sitting and drinking in the bar room. Never experienced that before and it was very rude. Good atmosphere abs no wait in the bar room though.

Came for appetizers for Happy Hour.. The $1 oysters were so small weren’t worth the dollar. I will pay full price. The calamari was so overcooked and waited so long for a drink. I won’t recommend this place but the area is so old world sweet and inviting. Im bummed I wanted to love this place and I can’t .
