Staff gets a lil sassy on band nights. Pretzel bites are amazing and stay warm until the last one is snatched up! Steak special is delicious and the potato is enormous. We came on St Pattys and we’re blessed to try their corned beef special. Fried pickles are mini spears and not the best.

Typical bar food. Menu said the fish was freshly battered, looked more like frozen fish sticks, but tasty. The Cole slaw was good, fries were nothing special. Thursday afternoon early dinner with friends at 5pm, we thought we’d beat the crowds and the noise. Well, we beat the crowds (a few folks in the opposite corner at the bar) and about three other tables occupied, but the had the music turned up loud enough that we really couldn’t enjoy our visit with friends, had to holler and read lips nearly in order to have a conversation. As we left, we realized the smart people were sitting and being served outside on the patio.

Mozzarella chunks, Pretzel bites, and beer cheese were amazing! The best I ever had compared to any restaurants. Ordered the Reuben the best I ever had. The Stromboli was good, like a normal Stromboli. The purple haze was good, especially if you like grapes.

I’m giving them the best review I can because they were just finishing up holding a charity event and were severely short staffed. My sister and I popped in here while in Cardington after a cross country race. We had a hard time finding parking, had to get our own menus and seat ourselves. All the empty tables hadn’t been bussed so we just slid the dirty glasses to one side so he had room. The overall atmosphere of the place was laid back and very relaxing, I’m sure a favorite with the locals. We sat in our booth for probably 20 minutes before we eventually flagged down the only waitress they had, and she was super overwhelmed. The bar was full with what appeared to be two bartenders when we placed our drink orders along with our meal. We got our food fairly quick and had we not ordered waters we wouldn’t have had drinks in time for our meal. I ordered a beer and my sister an Amaretto sour which didn’t show up till after our meals were gone. They were good enough to not charge us for our drinks but by time they got there we were ready to go. The food was good, but nothing we couldn’t have gotten at any other bar and grill. I hope next time they make sure they have more staff on hand if they are gonna try to do regular business while run a charity event, we were really looking forward to this stop and we’re really let down.

Awesome place, great food, I had the stromboli and it was very good. Down side we were seated by a a lady that wasn’t a normal server and we were I guess forgot but after we got their attention the service was good. I will definitely go back.

First timers!!! We had The Beast, it was a good buger combination, the frys were perfect. We would have liked to have had some Mayo and Mustard for our sandwiches, but our waitress did as minimal waitressing as possible. We were not even given a napkin to use. 2 other servers helped us by getting napkins, and we were given refills for our drinks only after being 3/4 of the way done with our meals. So to sum it up… Food Good! Server Sucked! We will go back and try again. 🙂

Food was great and I really liked the look and style they were going for definitely felt like somewhere I could go often until our server came ( meaghan) she was really mean to my girlfriend and seemed like she had an attitude as soon as we sat down I still left a tip because I don’t know her story or if there was something going on that day. It was definitely something neither of us were expecting. It was almost like we were annoyance. If it wasn’t for the server, I would 100% give the place five stars.

Food is wonderful high quality and delicious, the staff is friendly and don’t seem to mind being at work. The house pool cues are pretty worn and could use some TLC. The only thing negative I experienced is they have a touch tune jukebox that I played like 20 songs on but they never played… apparently the music you hear is coming from one of the employees phones which is fine till 9 when it becomes more of a bar atmosphere. Unplug the jukebox so customers don’t waste time and money and ask whoever is controlling the music to please keep it closer to your slogan ” we do it better in the country” cause there was a bit to much rap and r&b going on for that slogan. Thank you to the chef.
