Super chill atmosphere and the drinks are always delicious! Love supporting a veteran owned business! I try to stop by before morning classes and the owner is always so welcoming. I love loaded teas on days where I need a boost but coffee might heighten my anxiety. Recommend if you want a light snack or want to try something new! ♥️ The Captain America tea is my FAVE and highly recommend the chocolate lovers protein shake!

First of all, the owner is the friendliest! She remembers me by my first name and I’m always greeted with a smile. You can tell she truly loves and is passionate about what she’s doing. The protein donuts that I’ve tried so far are great! The teas are amazing!! I’m also gluten free and she’s great about checking the ingredients in the donuts for me. She’s also very supportive of people and other businesses in the community. Definitely stop by and meet her and give it a try!

Tucked away on North Indiana across from Jackson Physical Therapy. Sits a unique shop that masters Shakes and Teas that cater to those that are focused on their 2023 New Years Resolutions. Had a great conversation with the owner about our shared Military service. Definately worth a visit. I WILL be going back.
