Great steak house. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of food and service. Bit pricey but it was worth it. They made a small mistake on one of our steak which we did not really care but offered a complementary dessert and a glass of wine. You gotta try their signature dish – lobster pie. Not to mention that their steaks were well cooked and delicious. Enjoyed free french fries appetizer with three different choices of sauce. Two thumbs up!

It was my first visit. I had the most amazing experience. Everything was superb from the staff to the food. Devon our waiter was awesome. He made sure to take really good care of us. He also shared a little history about bourbon steak and his journey within the company. Keaton our sommelier was equally amazing. Robert our server assist was the sweetest guy, and also amazing. The food was magnificent and plentiful. Every dish was seasoned to perfection. They serve french fries to your table instead of bread for starters. I was already won over. The dessert was great too. I tried the beignets with three different sauces. Oh! The entire staff made this a wonderful celebration. The birthday cone is real. I didn’t know that.

Our first experience at the Fairmont Princess was wonderful. Dinner at Bourbon Steak was exactly what we envisioned for our last night in town. The ambiance was perfect. The meal from start to finish exceeded expectations. The complimentary fry medley from the chef was a pleasant surprise and was a glimmer of what was to come next! Everyone at our table enjoyed a different main course and everyone left pleased and stuffed! We finished our meal with the most delightful beignets and the fun pineapple dessert! The only thing better than our meal was the kind, funny, and efficient server who took care of us. We will be back next time we are in town and we will be requesting to sit in Derick’s section! Thank you, Derick, for taking such great care of our group!

Service was incredible and so were the food and drinks. Our waiter was also a bartender and he made such marvelous beverages! Such a nice place to eat and the environment is just breathtaking. Next time we come to Scottsdale we’re definitely staying at the hotel here a few nights. Only thing I would recommend about the restaurant is to make the birthday desserts bigger, especially since it was an up class place. When I went, we got a bite-size cone which was a nice thought but I expected more. Other than this lacking factor, the ambience is spectacular, the food was delicious, and the service was great.

Great panache to the interior, from the wine entry to the copper art chandelier everything looks stunning, though the tables ans seating are starting to show signs of wear.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. Everything was incredible. Our server Jeffrey did a wonderful job and made our whole night. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and tuna sashimi to start, both were so good. We shared the Haysmoked Tomahawk, and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. This place is a must try! Thank you for the incredible evening!
