Since the pandemic, a lot of restaurants in my building have shut down. Therefore, I had to go out and find a new place. This place was within walking distance from my office, and it was a very good find. I ordered the chicken pho, and although the flavor was a little different than what I am used to it was very good. The broth had a lot of flavor to it. It is a perfect spot for lunch due to how fast you’re given your food. I would definitely go back.

Do come before 11.30 am if you want to get a table for lunch. This restaurant is spacious and clean. The lady boss is nice and takes her time to make delicious pho and coffee for me. I ordered the Beef combination and Vietnamese coffee. The pho soup comes with lots of beef and beef balls. The soup is fragrant and thick with flavour. Highly recommended. Pair it with Vietnamese coffee to start your day.

Tried Bouray’s for lunch and their grilled pork banh mi sandwich was so delicious. The milk tea was also delicious. My friend said her beef pho noodle soup was really good, so I’ll definitely try it next time.

I have not been let down by this place yet. It is a great lunch option for working downtown. I have tried a couple types of Pho and the pork Bahn Mi. It’s not the best I have ever had but it is a very solid lunch spot that has many options.

Bouray’s is my go-to for Vermicelli bowls in the downtown Houston area. Today I was busy at work and ordered my usual through Uber Eats. I typically don’t get the Vermicelli but the lettuce and other add-ins make up for that. Typically their portions are plentiful. Today I felt robbed. Altogether, my box was half filled. They usually give 2 cut up egg rolls, I got 1. The meat was about 1/2 of their regular portion size. I have ordered both dine-in and to-go meals as well. I have never been this disappointed and hungry after one of their meals!!! Also I ordered a bottle soda and got a fountain drink.

This spot caters to the offices nearby. I think they are only open during lunch hours as well. This time, I opted for the Vietnamese side of things, going for a normal bowl of pho. They come in 1 size and there’s limited options compared to what you may normally see in other pho places. Service is super quick as they brought out my bowl before I could even get back from the register. Bowls are relatively large but there just doesn’t seem to be a ton of substance to it. Flavor is ok, but a little monotone. My favorite part is the veggies. They’ve got a tray of it at the front and you’re welcome to grab your own. Because I love the veggies, I loaded up on fresh basil and sprouts. For what you get, I think the prices are a little steep. It’s nearly double what you would find elsewhere, and I don’t think you are getting much more than the convenience of being close by.

Food is absolutely amazing, service is beyond friendly and courteous. Love the staff! Pho was tasty and meat was nice and tender. Will definitely comeback to this place again.

It was just an ok place a quick bite type place. Pho was also alright, not too excited about it, I think they can improve on the broth. I had shrimp pho, flavor needs to be stronger. But overall decent to end the pho craving when needed.

Excellent bowl of Pho! Quick and easy to order. Pho Tai with meatballs is my favorite. Huge portion of great tasting beef and meatballs. The place itself is a little eccentric. It’s a mixed Vietnamese and Mexican restaurant. So you can order a bowl of Pho or other Vietnamese dishes or tacos with beans and rice. I’ve never had the Mexican food there, so I can’t speak to it.
