Horrible food. Visiting from out of town for a while and family suggested eating here. Last week I had the roast beef plate. It was very thin sliced and tough as leather. Today I tried something different. I had one of the breakfast options. The bacon was barely cooked, took home pork chops for a family member and were tough and tasted bad and another family member had chicken tenders which were chewy. I’m done spending money here.

Boulevard Diner is my comfort food go to place! They have an astonishing amount of menu choices! They always have a daily special, but my go to is usually the Patty Melt or Reuben with Fries, but today I got the Chopped Beef Hamburger Steak dinner. It was 1/2 pound of beef covered in sauteed onions and brown gravy, with 2 sides and a HUGE dinner roll! I got mashed potatoes and fried okra. The okra was perfectly crisp and golden. The dinner was $8.99! If you are lucky you will get my favorite waitress, Kathleen! My tummy sure is happy! Thanks Boulevard Diner ❤️

When this place Very first opend it’s door it was a really good place to go and eat at but over time the food got worse over time you use to get a really good salad with your meal and one other side as well. Then they started to make the salad cheaper by not putting all that went with it as in when they first open. Then he went to if you got a salad with your meal wanted to up charg for getting a salad that he took most ever thing off. When he did that I just quiet going there to eat have not been there in a really long time because of this. And he use to have some really good dinner rolls not sure if he does any more been so long that I been there to eat

We had to send the waffles back due to it tasting sour and it was bad looking like someone hadn’t cleaned the waffle maker well we sent it back and my boyfriend wanted them to remake it and so they did and when the cook rang the bell to tell the server the food was ready in a irritated voice he said you can also tell them this was a fresh made batch… And I was mortified… And sure enough when the second round of waffles came out the were nice and golden and they tasted like a vanilla cake and they were more fluffy lately there service and food has been going down hill

I’ll start off my saying our server was awesome, super sweet, and made sure we were all taken care of. Food was alright, typical diner breakfast food. My hash browns tasted a little burnt although I couldn’t see them because they were covered in gravy. They have a TON of options that are served all day which was a huge plus. The prices were really good considering that everywhere else is hiking up their prices a lot. It did have that slight feeling of uncleanliness that I always get from places like this (Eggberts is a culprit) but idk that was probably just me so I won’t judge. Bathroom kind of smelled like smoke but that might have just been the other person standing behind me. Not my fave breakfast place I’ve been to but it was a good option on Memorial Day.
